Great hotel located adjacent to many shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, the beds very comfortable and we had a nice view from the window over a pond. There are laundry facilities available, which we made use of after two weeks travelling. Helpful staff, good location.

This has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but its location. You can walk to the shops and eating places, but you will dice with your life on the road in doing so. A path cut through the thickets to the shopping area would make a HUGE difference. But I also understand that this is just not a thing in the USA>

This hotel is conveniently located to restaurants with easy access off of I-84. Very clean and welcoming! Very nice lobby and rooms. Pet friendly is a huge plus! Beautiful patio with outdoor seating. Rooms were very clean. Comfy bed. Nice breakfast buffet. The food was good and served fresh and hot. Would definitely stop here again.

It would be nice to have a few complimentary bottles of water in our room frig. Tap water not so good.

Pet Friendly. Decent breakfast. The hotel rooms are a little dated, and the bathrooms are tiny. The beds are comfortable, and there is no road noise to note. Provided other guests are not noisy, it is very quiet. There are a number of restaurants, stores and gas stations nearby as well.

The staff, location and value for the money were just what we needed. The room was large and very clean. The courtyard over looking the water out back with tables was an added bonus for a nice summer night! Of course the kids loved the pool, and it was clean and well maintained. Staff reccomended Luna Rosa Pizza and it was amazing! Breakfast staff was extra friendly and attentive, it was an added perk we didn't expect! Would definitely stay again.

Would have loved if the lounge downstairs was open but we stayed on a week night so we didn't expect it would be.

we were promised FULL breakfast. when we got to breakfast area at 9:05 am, we were told that breakfast is over at 9 am. we could still get waffles, little left overs from scramble eggs and 2 little sausages for 3 people. That wasn’t too appealing and we went to nearby diner instead spending additional $40 dollars on breakfast. Full Breakfast was included in the already too high price of our stay. Don’t advertise semi continental breakfast as Full breakfast. it’s not fair!

The hotel is moderately-priced. clean, and in a convenient location. In addition, it is close to shopping in case you need to pick up something.

We were greatly disappointed that the field where we walked our dog last year is now a massive construction site. So many hotels that allow dogs have no place to take the dog for a walk (after the dog has spent hours confined in a car). There still is some room here for a walk, but it's not nearly as enjoyable as it was last year.

ordered take out from your restaurant- food was exceptional- the breakfast was AMAZING!!! Staff took the time to really greet you as if you were family :)

A little disappointed in the Holiday decorations in the main lobby by the fireplace/tree. There definitely could have been more garland/ lights on walls and maybe large ornaments hanging from ceiling. Just the little things, paying attention to detail.... decorations are huge because it is a first impression when you walk in. Also....the TVs in the dining area could have displayed those fireplaces crackling away during winter.....so inviting!!

My overnight stay was great with the exception that the restaurant on premises had closed down. Luckily there is a shopping mall within 1/4 mile with restaurants, stop & shop, movie theatre. Also, an outdoor pool would be nice! Other than those 2 things everything was exceptional. Parking was close and ample, room was super clean and comfortable. The bed was great. I would stay again!

The bed was very comfortable. The tv remote was easy to use. I LOVED that the little fridge had a freezer compartment for my medical cool paks.

We had a problem at check in. We were given keys to a room that was already occupied. That should never happen.

This may not be what you want me to write here for this but I must tell you about your wonderful employee ANN. After I checked out and returned home to the Philadelphia area I realized I had left 2 bracelets behind. I was pretty sure they had fallen on to the floor. They were my husbands. He is deceased and I keep them with me. I did call but it was very busy so it was difficult for the desk to stop and help me which I understood. It was suggested I call back later the next day. Early the next day I decided to drive back and ask for help in person. A very kind lady name Ann saw me and asked how she could help me. She knew the room had not been occupied so was able to let me in to search for the bracelets. They were there under the night-stand and would have not been seen since they were leather and blended in with the rug color. She was so very kind and understood how distraught I was. Please know you have a wonderful caring employee. Thank you so much. Kathy Wolf

I did find the rug apparently was cleaned which was good but it was still wet. I actually turned the air conditioning unit on to 74 degrees to try and dry it. It was uncomfortable to walk on.
