The location was great. Metro into the centre of Milan. Turn left from the hotel and walk to the bottom of the rd Once you get used to the transport system its a great location. €12 for a 3 day pass. Worth buying to just go and explore Milan. Get the Train to como from Central station. €10 return trip. Hotel room was a little smaller than expected but was a good room. Could do with a coffee or kettle in the room for the price. TV could do with more English channels. Although wasn't a problem as we didn't watch a lot of TV. Was just nice to have on when we had our morning coffee. Bar in the hotel wasn't expensive . With a good range of drinks. We didn't have food there but what people was ordering it looked good. Staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. English was good. If you need any help with anything just ask. They are very knowledgeable. Our flight was early we were asked if we needed a wake up call and a taxi ordering. Taxi is a set price €104 euro. (They like cash). There are plenty of coffee shops where you can pick up a pastry and a coffee if you don't have breakfast at the hotel. We chose to do this as we didn't want a bug breakfast. There's a Chinese coffee bar down the Rd where you can get a snack/ coffe or an alcohol beverage that was very reasonable. We used to get 2 coffees and 2 pastys for around €5.

Nothing not to like about the hotel. Only thing It could do with coffee machine or kettle.

We had a fantastic experience. The hotel staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating, and we were lucky enough to receive a room upgrade upon arrival, which was a lovely surprise. The beds in our room were incredibly comfortable, and we slept soundly throughout the night. We really liked everything about this hotel, from the friendly staff to the comfortable accommodations and stylish interior. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel. I had read some comments about noise issues from other guests, but we did not experience any problems during our stay. Perhaps we were lucky and no one was staying in the room next to us, but we had no complaints about noise whatsoever. Thank you and see you next time!

Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm welcome from the front-of-house team who were also very helpful with any questions we had during our stay. We received a free room upgrade which we didn't expect when checking in, this really improved our experience. The Junior suite that we got was very spacious and the bathroom was also clean with a good-sized shower. The hotel is a short walk from the Maciachini train which is very convenient, with a few cafes on the way so you can stop for coffee food.

The only thing that we would have liked was a kettle in the room

This hotel is in a PERFECT location from Linate Airport. There are metro and bus services literally 2 mins away that can get you into the center in no time at all. (And beyond). Literally got everywhere I needed to at any time with complete ease! The room we had was a bit smaller than I imagined in regards to space around the bed, but it's not the end of the world. The room was clean and comfortable. Not entirely soundproof but again, its not like I was being disturbed by any sounds. The bathroom/shower was great, had a little fridge , small area to hang clothes- really really can't moan. Also... on floor -2 there was a wholleee ironing room! Absolutely amazing feature. The staff here (every one I engaged with) were polite and helpful. I can not fault them at all. There have been some reviews that people have left quite negative; I personally believe they must of been rude and were given the same energy back! The J24 team were great with me and other customers I saw them with. Great decor, great service: would I return...YES

I'd like to see the breakfast improve for the cost. It's not terrible in regards to options, but the hot food needs to be hot(such as the eggs,sausages etc). Could of just been an unlucky time I went. That being said, the vegetable meatballs taste was fantastic!! Nice enough selection of food, cheeses, breads fruits/cereals/youghurts/ ,sweets,juices and hot drinks.

The breakfast was nice (they had pancakes, not that usual in Europe). The location was near a Metro station that directly takes you to the Central Station and makes all the city reachable in a matter of 20 mn. Like 15-20 min (walking-distance) there's a nice area with nice restaurants where you can seat outside. The personal both in the breakfast room and reception were very nice.

Not really a complain, but it all was too "manly" for my taste. The smell of the shampoo, the scences of the rooms, the whole "playful" industrial style. Just a few horse decorations away to fully be a Mojo Dojo Casa House. But as I said, just a matter of taste.

clean and we had our towels changed everyday, the beds were very comfy which is a very important aspect for me when it comes to hotels, modern interior design and new furniture,far from the center but close to the metro station- aprox. 7 stops till Duomo/Center directly.

the neighborhood seems a bit sketchy I would not recommend walking alone at night, the walls are quite thin so expect noise especially in the morning when they clean, staff could be a little more professional and helpful as they do not really speak very well english, and we had to ask them several times the same questions in order to communicate.

The location was close to the metro for easy access to the city centre. There were also some small bars close by and a supermarket. I had a single room and the bed was slightly bigger than a single bed. It was comfy with a tv at the end to watch before I fell asleep. There were complimentary shower gel, soap and shower cap. I stayed 2 nights and the room was cleaned while I was there with my towels changed.

The room looked nice and the bed was comfy however there was a lot of wear and tear. The plug sockets were all lose. The light in the shower was out and the shower curtain wasn’t long enough so the bathroom floor got wet. The toilet roll holder was falling off the wall as well as the shelf in the bedroom. The walls are thin and unfortunately the people in the room next door seemed to slam about in the early hours waking me up both nights.

I thought the industrial decor was really beautiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable (we were very kindly upgraded rooms- thank you!) and large. We had plenty of towels, shower gels, a hairdryer and so on. We only stayed one night so can't say too much about the facilities but I believe they had a nice bar open until late. Great late checkout option too. The staff were very friendly and there is a supermarket very close by or you get a mini bar in your room if you need anything. The hotel was very close to the metro which is useful for getting about.

Nothing about the hotel or its staff, but I would likely have stayed closer to Milan centre in hindsight for our needs. There was a family being extremely loud at one point but I am not sure if that's the hotel having thin walls or just the family being obnoxious haha!

Everything about my stay here was exceptional, and there is nothing bad to say about it. Firstly the staff were very accommodating and helped whenever needed. The rooms itself were perfect, it was absolutely huge for a hotel room. There was so much room, and it was very spacious. There was a modern layout from top to bottom, the look of the room was very nice. The beds were also very big and comfortable even the fold out sofa bed was very comfortable. The rooms itself were very clean, I did not find any issues with cleanliness. I would 100% recommend this place and I am sure the hotel will not disappoint.

The room I booked was smaller so I wanted a bigger room and they gave it for free ! The reception was friendly and helpful, room service was great, the hotel is in a good location, 2 min away from the metro and the most important part it's safe, I've traveled a lot and these countries can be frightening for a first time visit. And the lounge area for coffee was amazing, a very modern cozy feeling to chill.

These are not things I didn't like, just some mentions I guess if you think about coming here, the place is perfect don't get me wrong :D It's not a 5 * so don't expect any spas or stuff like that, I had to go down to get slippers, and a toothbrush, which by my experience should be there in the first place, but nothing huge, idk about parking you should ask if you go there, lounge food was kind of expensive, and please put a mirror in the lift :D
