Thanks to all the very very welcoming staff available and smiling, we had a pleasant time the hotel and beautiful very clean the beds are very very comfortable and the staff and very very available to all requests, a big thanks to Miss Nassima and Mr Bennis for being present and available for all my family. The hotel is perfectly located, you don't need a car, you can do it on foot, I highly recommend this establishment and when we are back in Marrakech, it is certain that I will be relocating here, thank you for everything. Room change accommodated without any problems. Bigger , better, ground floor accessibility and convenient to both pools and restaurants. Friendly staff and doing their best to assist. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city noise and traffic. On two evenings we were pleasantly surprised to walk into our room after a long day of sightseeing to find that housekeeping had beautifully decorated our room in a romantic atmosphere by putting colourful petals of flowers on the bed, pillows and towels.

Language barrier - it was a challenge to communicate in English as staff were more conversant and fluent in Arabic and French. Nevertheless managed to work around it and still enjoyed my stay.

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. It's close to the airport, it is a comfortable place with friendly and helpful staff. Kenza and Anwar were really lovely and helpful in the four days we stayed. They have a massive property with two large outdoor swimming pool. I booked for breakfast inclusive, their breakfast is a buffet with varieties of lovely meals and drinks. I will surely refer other people to this place.

There were lots of food but tasteless Need to improve on cleanliness Need organising staff to serve food We have to queue for 30mins in that very hot weather to get food. Need more seasons and salt in those food there are lots of food but they are tasteless Need more variety of food And please serve boiled eggs.

Highly recommended. It was a pleasant surprise! I read some bad reviews about the hotel and was a little apprehensive. The Hotel, its staff, the food, absolutely everything exceeded my expectations. In the reception- Younes - Excellent customer service very courteous, extremely helpful. They all made my holidays in Marrakesh enjoyable and more happy.

It didn't interfere with my vacation, but in one of the pools the music was very loud, during the day and also during the night. Some days the music was loud until after 10pm. It was the only thing that annoyed me a little.

The greatest asset of this hotel is the personnel! They are super friendly, helpful and nice.

The internet is very weak there were moment you can’t get connection so it was impossible to work. The cleaning service could do better. Hard to find this location even for the taxi driver as there is no sign that shows you came to the right place .

Pool was fantastic, the entertainment staff and bar staff were very family/child friendly and that was very important for us. The food and the quality of services was excellent. Highly recommended for families. Reception staff are always available to help.

The Air conditioning wasn't as cold as it could have been, but saying that it was 45 degrees outside. Overall a lovely experience.

Amazing hotel, can’t recommend it enough. I was apprehensive after reading some reviews but I don’t understand how anybody could fault this hotel - and I am quite fussy! It was so fab that my parents stayed there also and loved it! Fantastic pools, food etc.

The only issue was getting a key to work for our door, there was a couple of times it stopped working. However the staff were so friendly and helpful and sent an electrician to resolve the issue.

I really likes Ilham from the kids club. She was amazing. My kids love her! Also the people from the small reception were amazing and so helpfull! We enjoyed our stay and hope to see you all next year! Big shoutout to Nordin for the real nice shows!

The food, but the atmosphere Made it less bad

Hotel is near main City Madina, and near the the big supermarket like carrefour. Staff was very helpful, specially Mr. Norridine, who was the in charge at Reception, he was very helpful and cooperative.
