We found this place on tik tok and wow wow wow what a blast. We are a gay couple in our early 30s and we love all inclusive resorts. This place goes above and beyond. Everything is brand new. You have pools everywhere, it’s a huge place. Everything looks like a Instagram image. The food is top notch. The suites come with butlers and you can swim in the ocean water, it’s safe and warm. Picturesque palm trees and sand. The beach sales men aren’t that bad and didn’t annoy me like cabo does. Laura was our butler and she made us feel like royalty. I wanted to stay longer. recommend staying like 7-8 days or more or you will be so sad to leave because it’s so absolutely a 5 star experience of luxury beach paradise. The seafood and french restaurant was actually very very good. we had a private dinner on the beach and it looks like a scene from the Batchelor, 5 stars. One of our servers even asked us at lunch what restaurant we planned to go to that night and had a table set up for us when we arrived. So gay friendly and so much fun. we plan to come back this year again. If you book here you will love very second of your stay. If you can, stay in a suite, you get access to the private club and many other perks like the best benefit is a private VIP section on the beach where you can get a good few chairs and a umbrella at any time of day.

Nothing, everything was perfect

The room was clean, swim up was fun.

There was a huge language barrier, requesting room service was an obstacle. The food was really disappointing. Almost every dish was mediocre at best, they brought a birthday cake to my room with spoiled fruit on top, room service pizza was super doughy. The Mini Bar sucked, you get four Mini cans of coors light beers. Entertainment was also a major bummer, all the pool tables were broken so the balls would roll down the table when playing, beach party with only beer and the bar near was closed.

The Hotel is very beautiful with a very nice beach where you can take a nice walk, Breakfast is very good and for lunch and diner you can choose between a few restaurants and they are all good. we would recommend the french restaurant and the restaurant on the beach for lunch. best coffee is at the bakery shop. the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The only thing the was a bit annoying is that the music at pool is so loud all day the you can hear it from the beach or even at some of the other pool. The other thing is for people coming from Europe, is that the price shown by booking is in dollars changed to euros but you will pay in Dominican Peso so we payed around 150 euros more then shown on booking.

we had a reservation for a king size bed , garden view. they didn’t have availability and the room was not gardenview. the view was a vacant land under construction I called it garbage view. therefore we had to change our room 3 times and not pleasurable. after we move to a room with a king size bed , the bed in this room located adjacent to bathroom and sink , you can hear the bad smell from bathroom and didn’t allow to sleep. need to move the bed next to the window.

Modern and comfortable room, pools, beach, entertainment, it’s all a big wow. Very clean, well maintained, fun, just amazing. French and Sushi restaurant are absolutely top.

The quality of alcohol is quite poor, it’s all there, but it’s not quite it. I’d recommend the place anyway, just don’t count of getting amazing drinks when you go there

We do not usually go to all inclusive hotels, but this was a very nice experience for us - the staff was very accommodating, and everyone was greeting us each time they passed next to us. There are 4 restaurants that you can choose from for dinner, and all of them are pretty solid (the French option was our favorite). We had a swim up room, so we had access to a joint pool that we shared with our neighbors, but it still felt pretty private. The jacuzzi is connected to the pool, so it is not heated, it is just a little tub with jets with pool water - not a big problem, but it is something to note. In our room we had two shower heads, and at first it was odd, but this kind of shower experience is very intimate, and it is a big plus in my book. The room was big, and so was the bed. There was room service 24/7 and we ordered lunch, that was very good on one of the days. Each room also has a little cabinet in the closet that is connected to the hallway and the staff can pick up the dishes from there.

It was a bit far away from other attractions in Punta Cana even by car, but if you come only for the all inclusive experience, it has everything you need.

It was a very beautiful property, well kept and very clean. The food was very good quality for all inclusive.

I did not like the design of the rooms. It was beautiful but not very practical to not have full doors on the water closet, shower and no doors/walls separating the bathroom area. You basically could hear everything that was going on in the bathroom by the person you are sharing the room with. Nobody wants that. Also I wasn’t too happy to be set up with the beach club/time share representative as soon as I checked in. I was told the person would show me around, but they were just trying to set me up for a beach club/time share presentation appointment.

Julio in the main dining room was great. The French restaurant as well as the Hibachi restaurant was excellent. Red with the entertainment team kept the energy going every day and night.

The dinner at the buffet was hit and miss. Not a big selection and some of the choices wasn’t hot.
