Highly recommended. Great Hotel and a good location. Our flight from Ho Chi Min was delayed 5 hours and we arrived in the middle of the night. They made checking in as quick and smooth as possible. Breakfast will not disappoint, one of the widest range of options you will ever experience. If we are ever in Hoi An again will definitely be staying here again - if you can get a room with a river view, you've scored a lovely place to stay!

Vietnam is still pretty quiet post pandemic so the hotel was very empty - hence the hotel bars were often closed or only open for limited hours. Cant blame them and there are plenty of good options within close walking distance anyway.

The location of this hotel was great in relation to the ancient town and night markets. The doormen and night reception staff were all very helpful and willing to assist tired travelers. The room fittings and hotel common areas were nicely decorated and themed.

The executive lounge was very average. Food options were very limited and the wait staff was not very attentive.

This Hotel would be one of the best ones I have stayed at in south-east Asia. The Hotel is conveniently located; ‘close enough’ to walk to the hustle and bustle of Hoi An Old Town and ‘far enough’ so one could be away from it if you wished to. I believe that the heart and soul of the Hotel comes from staff who makes or break one’s stay in any establishment. My very first mention go to Chef ‘Tuyet’ for her friendliness and hospitality over and above what I had experienced so far. Her cooking of my omelette and making of my very first ‘cao lau’, a local Hoi An noodles, is simply ‘exquisite’. I’ve never said that about food ever, I don’t think 🫰🏽🫶🏽 Other staff to mention are ‘Chi’ for her very nice coffees and assistance, front desk staff, Vy and Quynh and ‘Bao’ the porter. Quieter location but close enough to the hustle and bustle. Room was quiet too, which I loved. Breakfast was amazing and the staff are truly superb. On day of check in they helped us move from another hotel, and even sent a bell boy with us. Thank you! We had a room with access to executive lounge but did not use it. Both pools are amazing and very clean. Rooftop bar is a great place to chill and watch Hoi An.

The open concept bathroom is not our thing. Our room had more privacy but was still too open. Late night bathroom breaks meant noise and light that would wake up your partner. Room servicing was not consistent in terms of quality but not terrible either. I just notice the small things and day 2 was not on par.

If I could give this hotel more than 10/10, I would. I stayed in the old build (which had a different feel/interior style to the new build - although both are amazing) and the room was huge! The bed was massive and probably the comfiest bed I’ve ever stayed in. Room was dark at night and no noise disturbance (hard to get in Vietnam!). The staff were incredibly efficient and professional - really great customer service. The hotel is less than a 10 min walk along the river into central Hoi An - it’s a great location! Room service food was good and there was even a bath! I really can’t fault this hotel.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. Breakfast was 11/10. Rooftop pool was excellent and pool service was good when asked. Location perfect for Old Town activities and action and a short ride to An Bang Beach. Rooms were clean and modern.

We were fortunate enough to get a good deal as it was originally out of our price. The gymnasium could do with some additional equipment - very basic and small. However, we really cannot fault this hotel and will definitely stay again next time we visit Hoi An.

the rooms where phenomenal. the river view was lovely but we didn’t spend much time in the room coz we where out most of the time.

Their money exchange services. There was an issue with the currency exchange. The previous night the lady on the counter was the one who gave me the note the next day she denied exchanging the exact same note and said that it’s an old note and that I need to go to the bank. I knew that note wasn’t like coz all I got was 300 dollars in 3 separate bills the one she gave was 50 dollars and that’s when I realised it. either way that was a bad end to our stay :(

Excellent hotel in a good location in this very beautiful and peaceful city of Hoi An. The breakfast facilities and area was exceptional. We were upgraded to a room with River view and balcony which was very nice of the Hotel management. The room was quite big and spacy, comfortable,airy,good lighting and with very good facilities especially the bathroom. The Hotel is of high standard and well run. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Other facilities which we used were of high standard such as Spa and Massages.

Cannot fault the Hotel.

Had an upper floor room with view over main pool - clean and well kept. Fresh breakfast with lots of options. Roof top pool has a Bar Service and view back over the river. Hotel is located 5-10 mins walk to start of old town / night markets. Electric buggies and Grab available at minimal cost with Friendly drivers. Hotel organised a driver for a day trip to Ba Na hills - spacious car and professional pick-up/drop-off. All staff very helpful.
