Room was large and attractive. Staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. On arrival a chap lent his arm to my husband who walks badly and took us up to our room When we left two staff rushed to bring out a chair for him as we waited for the taxi. Liked our meal. Evening waitress and breakfast (supervisor, I think) were most friendly and helpful.

We would have liked a shower as the bath was very large and deep and with a poor wrist I wasn’t sure I could have got out. For one night it didn’t matter.

Incredibly fashion interior design, fabulous vibe, a range of facilities, delicious cuisine and bar menu, absolutely stunning room furnishing, good location, will suite for leisure off-time or special occasion as well. And most of all the Great helpful and friendly people working there, doing their best to make your feel excellent during your stay. Appreciate!

Please make a note, that your parking garage doesn’t fit for big cars such as Utility vehicles

Room, even more hangers would be great. Refill of the minibar would be great (of course with additional charges). Outdoor sitting area was very nice.

Breakfast readiness was highly dependent on staff arrival. Restaurant menu was very limited, no room service. Hotel location not optimal

Cool atmosphere and vibe, very helpful and friendly staff, large comfortable room, very clean.

Unfortunately there is a design fault with shower due to a sloping bath tub - it means you can’t actually stand under it..real shame as room and bathroom are otherwise excellent and it would be quite simple to rectify and really should be!

Modern, stylish, fun, clean very funky.

Location was a bit noisy and unclean outside of the hotel. Room cleaning service every 3 days was unacceptable or having to pay 10 euros a day if I wanted it daily, very very unacceptable. I think eggs and crepes could have been included in the all inclusive breakfast.

Very good location also very close to metro station. Staff were very great especially Ruben was very helpful with us. He’s star thanks Ruben for your help.

Can’t think of anything

We only stopped here for one night on and chose it because of the proximity to Gare du Nord. Room was very comfortable and relatively quiet for a city hotel. We used the bar and had dinner which was very nice. Breakfast was good.

They upgraded me to the superior room which was a spacious room and very comfortable and they had a really amazing breakfast with a very kind and helpful staff.

everything was fine it is the best place to stay in paris in the city centre... it was a short stay so all good for me. There's nothing to dislike here.
