The hotel is housed in a sort of repurposed "backstage" area of the theater - this may be considered interesting or awkward, depending on one's viewpoint; halfway up the stairs is actually the entrance to a stage.. The room I had was nice, good quality bed and bedclothes, overlooking the green park outside - therefore despite the very central location, it was quiet at night. Air condition worked well.

The hotel lacked a few features that one would expect (especially from a 4* hotel): no communal spaces, the reception looked a bit like the theater ticket office, no elevator and no restaurant on site. Also the corridors leading to the rooms look a bit too dark and uninviting. (Many of these obviously come from the compromises due to its co-location with the theater facilities.) Neither the doors nor the walls are very thick so neighboring noises can be heard. No big issues though, i could consider staying again with a similarly attractive offer.

The room was clean and quiet.

Be prepared to climb some stairs. There is a flight of stairs to get to hotel entrance, then an additional flight or two for the room.

Perfect location. Very central, right behind Galleria Tbilisi. Very comfortable beds, tge room was fresh and everything was looking good and fresh. So it is absolutely worth to stay there. New bathroom utilities, that is very clean and pleasant. Staff at the reception was easy to communicate with. All issues were solved very quickly, that is really appreciated.

WiFi could be a bit faster. Some times there were very small issues with it, but in general everything is fine. One day there was no any water at hotel, but I have been told by staff that this was city issue. Nevertheless they supplied me with water. But in general it is absolutely good place to stay. It's a like 👍🏼

The room was clean, the staff was great, location was pretty good- very close to the galleria mall and the liberty square. The facilities were great too.

The location was close to everything but it was behind the mall, with a lot of stairs and quite difficult to find in the middle of the night.

I received a complimentary upgrade. The Superior Twin room is very nice - really a suite with a separate room containing couches, a table, a large TV etc. The bed was comfortable with soft linen, the wifi fast, and everything was really clean. The location of the hotel is unbeatable - very close to the Liberty Square, a shopping center and metro station. In Tbilisi there are lots of hotels with better ratings that aren't nearly as good as this one.

No elevator. It did not bother me at all, but could be an issue for someone with lots of luggage.

In the night it's quite a puzzle to find the entrance

It's very central and close to the metro line. The staff speaks English but it's sometimes difficult to communicate with them. The rooms are quite big and well maintained and for this price that's really good.

The hotel is in the same building as the theater and the building doesn't have good noise insulation. So expect to hear some noise from that. The shows end at reasonable times though, before 22:00 it's quiet

The hotel is not so well insulated against noise. Especially from the inside, since the hotel is in the same building as the theater you should expect to hear some noise from that. It's usually quiet before 22:00 though.

The hotel is ideally located just outside Tbilisi's Galleria Mall and a minute or two from Liberty Square. The room was huge and comfortable, with a massive bed and a nice seating area. The hotel manager was extraordinarily kind, and I was happy to contribute to the upkeep of Tbilisi's only independent theatre. The personnel was overall kind and useful, especially in Russian. I appreciated the daily restocking of water bottles. While I stayed mostly aloe for work, my boyfriend stayed with me at the hotel for ten days. I did not encounter any sign of explicit homophobia and was pleasantly surprised by the good and welcoming attitude we experienced at and around the hotel.

The wifi in the room did not work adequately, but it was not a problem because buying a SIM card with unlimited internet from Magticom was nothing but 5 GEL per week. For those who care, the hotel does require some climbing up and down the stairs, but I did not mind it. There was some noise outside the window in the late evenings and it might be awkward to live in a hotel, but, again, I didn't find this problematic and I am listing this for information purposes.
