If you are looking for the best hotel in Tbilisi - Museum Hotel Orbeliani is the right choice. Everything was great - location, facilities, meal, staff etc. We were celebrating my birthday, and were impressed by my bday gift from hotel - excellent wine with cheese / honey / grape plate. I was looking for a good hotel for a week in Tbilisi. The excellent reviews on several tourist sites led me to the Museum Hotel Orbeliani. And it was a great choice. I have stayed in many different hotels around the world on my travels and can compare. The Museum Hotel Orbeliani is one of the best. There are brighter and more luxurious hotels, more well-known and more expensive hotels, but each of them usually lacks something. Something very valuable that the Museum Hotel Orbeliani has that money can't pay for. This hotel has a soul. A soul that every employee gives it. It is created by his amazing honest work and at the same time a beautiful human attitude. Experience has convinced me that guests' wishes are fulfilled here even before they are spoken. I won't name names, I don't want to forget anyone. As a visitor to the hotel, I could feel the consummate professionalism at every turn, accompanied by the ever-present human smile and concern for my utmost satisfaction. All this gave me a rare feeling of human exceptionalism, peace, comfort and security. I don't want to go on about all the positives the hotel offers. The greatest experience for me was meeting the people or their work. I left with the pleasant feeling that I had spent seven days among friends for whom I feel great respect. And I will be very much looking forward to the next meeting.

An extraordinary experience that exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi, as it promises a perfect stay. Location-wise, the hotel couldn't be better situated - allowing easy access to major attractions. The rooms at the Museum Hotel were also nothing short of luxurious. Spacious, elegantly decorated, with the most comfortable bed. The staff, from the front desk, to the restaurant and housekeeping, every member went above and beyond, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. Also, surprised nobody in the reviews mentioned the excellent cafe in the lobby! Their daily breakfast spread is amazing and such a perfect way to start the day!

We love the most is the location and the hospitality of the staffs. Location is a walking distance to most of Tbilisi landmarks, restaurants, local parks, public transporation, mall and supermarkets. Staffs are very friendly, accomodating and hospitable in every possible way. They allowed us for an early check in without additional charge and upon check out, they even prepare packed breakfast for all of us to take into our flight! Everyday, housekeeping team clean and fix your room. Front desk are very friendly; they always smile and greet their guests. They will also help you on every assistance you need upon your stay. Lastly, the history of Museum Hotel fascinates us! From where it all started and how they are continuously preserving the stories behind it.

Nothing major. Would be great if they'll try to enhance the window and door soundproofing to lessen the noise you'll hear from outside, specailly when your room is located along the roadside. Also, adding bidet in the bathroom will be additional plus.

Everything in this hotel is delightful! It’s very cozy, staffs are very accommodating and excellent english speakers (very important). Also, the breakfast buffet has a lot of variety of food to choose from. Plus, there’s a pianist playing in the corner of the café to lighten up your mood in the morning. Bonus points is that, they upgraded one of our booked rooms into a massive family room for my sister and her whole family ❤️ Our stay in Tbilisi was very memorable mainly because we stayed in Musuem Hotel ⭐️

Maybe add bidet in all your bathroom facilities.

The staff were amazing , the ladies at reception Tiko, Kate and Eka were so welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. My kids and I appreciated their hospitality. The breakfast is fabulous just as the staff at breakfast, special shout out to Achi who was always attentive and kind . The location of the hotel is superb ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ( staff and location did it for me ! ) This comes highly recommend from a flight attendant who has seen it all

WiFi connection could be better, according to my kids 🙄😅( it was good enough for me to be able to plan your next move or book a taxi etc)

we weren't expecting the room to be as luxurios as it was! we got upgrated without even asking, and it wasan amazing experience. the room was incredibly roomy, the bathroom was large and comfortable, everything was spotless. seems like they truly care for their guests. very friendly staff

the hotel breakfast was good, and had a lot of options, but not very special. take note that the hotel is located near a busy road- bit we heard nothing inside the room:)

The location is perfect, amazing views on the park, very close to the centre and old town. The room was spacious enough, nicely decorated, big modern bathroom, huge terrace, a bit hot though as we stayed on the highest floor. The decor of the hotel is very cool, the receptionists are very welcoming and helpful. The food was of good variety but almost same every day (we stayed there for 5 nights). Restaurant has indoor and outdoor sitting area. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

The room was lovely, very spacious and beautifully decorated. We loved the terrace. Breakfast was plentiful, varied and flavorsome. The location of the hotel was excellent. Very helpful, friendly staff. Could not be faulted. We had an issue with leaving a suitcase behind at the hotel. We realised what had happened when we got to the airport. The reception staff arranged for a taxi to be dispatched with the suitcase immediately and we were able to liaise with the driver so that all was resolved in time for our flight.

the staff at the reception is really professional and super friendly especially Iko he is exceptionally and genuinely kind and helpful. i appreciate him. the hotel is very clean.

the restaurant refused to heat up food from outside their place even though there is no microwave in the room. there is a lot of traffic noise outside the hotel. the location is ok still far from attractions to walk. you have to take the taxi. the pillows are too soft it’s uncomfortable.
