My recent stay at this hotel was mostly enjoyable, with a few minor issues worth noting: Great Location: The hotel's central location is a definite plus, offering easy access to the city's attractions. Exceptional Staff: The staff's friendliness and helpfulness made for a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Comfortable Rooms: The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a relaxing retreat.

Cold Corridors: One downside was the chilly corridors; it would have been more comfortable if they were warmer. Delayed Breakfast: Another point to mention is that breakfast started later than expected, which might inconvenience early risers. Limited Breakfast Selection: I also noticed the absence of cereals, which could be disappointing for some guests. Coffee and Tea Wait: Lastly, the wait for coffee and tea at breakfast was longer than desired, and this could be improved.

I lived in 101room and lot of phone call to 101room. People think that 101 is a reception and call here even at night.

The hotel is in a great location and everything in Old Tbilisi was within walking distance. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was kind enough to move me to a bigger room after I told them that the room I booked online had a seating area and more space than the first one they gave me. The breakfast was good and had enough options to choose from- just remember everything in Georgia opens a bit late and the breakfast starts at 8 am. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

I liked that the location was within a block to a market ( Carrefour) and money exchange and easily walkable to Okd Town and New Tbilisi and it’s many restaurants and attractions. The front desk staff were helpful with arranging airport transfers, printing travel documents (PCR test results), and helping order food delivery late at night when area restaurants were closed (Domino’s pizza, McDonalds).

There is no lift, but staff helped with my luggage. The smoke detector (?) in my room fell in me and after I reported it to the front desk, there was no follow-up from staff. Housekeeping did clean up the debris during the daily room cleaning. The breakfast offering could be improved—there wasno tea/coffee available the first morning, water for tea was tepid, no serving utensils for the buffet.

The property is at the center of city having access to variety of hotels, shops, Galleria Mall, Parks etc. And easy access to the City by walk. All what you need is available near the property. worth money. To talk about the staff the manager she is very sweet lady and helped me arrange everything for my husbands bday. and Also the receptionist Mr. George he was helpful as well.

We love everything. if to say any negative I would suggest to change the menu for breakfast every day. we had same thing during our entire stay. Also they can make the pillow a bit comfortable.

wonderful hotel with a long history and amazing wine production. we had the pleasure to stay in Orbeliani for 2 nights and from the moment we set our feet into the hotel until we went everything was exceptional. I would like to thank all of Orbeliani residence Hotel’s staff for their kindness and for making our trip so memorable. I have had the chance to taste their exquisite Chkhaveri which kept me warm in the snowy winter of Tbilisi.

This is our 2nd time in this hotel. We loved the upgraded room because it's very spacious. It's clean and the service was great, our request was deliver right away. Accommodating staffs specially in the food & beverages area plus very approachable staffs in the reception. Exceptional service and highly recommended because the area is near to everything like groceries, park, and night market is just around the corner.

Excellent location in a recently renovated area/square and within walking distance to a bunch of tourist attractions, friendly staff, and most importantly the room was comfortable and clean.

Breakfast was a bit underwhelming, but that's just nitpicking. Everything else was perfect.

Overall, we had a positive experience at the hotel. The staff was good and helpful and responsive to solve any issues raised and meet our needs. The hotel is located in the center of Tbilisi, so no need for taxes. The breakfast was good. And thank you to the manager, Iako, who did everything to ensure we had a good stay, particularly during the New Year holidays.

There was a glass pane above the bedroom door and the hall light kept coming on and off constantly so meant we were unable to sleep with the disruption. The staff kindly let us change rooms.
