Hotel Zeg is fantastic in every way. The rooms are extremely comfortable and modern, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, the WiFi connection was excellent. The air conditioning in the room was outstanding - something that is definitely needed in august! The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious. The staff at the hotel were wonderful and they helped us out in our time of need. We missed our early morning flight from Tbilisi and they allowed us to stay in our room past the check out time whilst we organised alternative arrangements. Thank you so much Hotel Zeg.

Quite dark room, no light at the balcony and should have better lighting..

1.perfect Location in the middle of abkhazi Street 2.Clean and modern rooms and decoration 3.Very good reastuarent with delicious food and reasonable price 5.staff are welcoming you and your guests as well 6. Comfy bed and clean bathroom ( يوجد شطافه)

No smoking rooms so you need to ago out to smoke and Sometimes Noisy as the isolation is not the best, you need to ask the housekeeping to chang the sheets and towels

the location is perfect! its the highlight of this hotel! the hotel is very clean and comfortable! the staff is very nice! the room was big enough!

i got an upgraded room which was super nice but the only problem about it is that the wall was hiding the window from the bed which means there isnt enough natural light in the room which in the beginning had very few light making it a but dark (especially for my girlfriend who needed more light for makeup ), plus the breakfast was ok but nothing too special.

- Wonderful location. Not far from the nearby Galleria mall and Freedom square or the Cable car area. - Beautiful neighborhood with plenty of small markets, restaurants, small meals pickup places, souvenirs, etc. - Easy to call Bolt taxi for pick and drop.

- Staff needed to be more interactive and hospitable. - Bedroom side power plugs not working - Breakfast was reasonably fine but started at 8 am. Would be nice if it was at least 7 am.

The location of the hotel is very good. Clean and stylish hotel. The only negative is the noise from the outside and the soundproofing. I couldn't sleep until 3 am. There is a restaurant in the courtyard of the hotel and there people chatted and talked very noisily. I asked the staff to warn the visitors, but they said that they could not do anything because the restaurant belongs to another person. My conclusion is that the hotel is good but not for those who do not like noise.

Great view, huge bathtub, cool design, very comfy bed and pillows, nice breakfast

1) the stuff didn’t help with luggage (it wasn’t heavy at all, just too many packages) 2) the minibar was empty (why did the stuff say ‘feel free to use it’? use as a fridge?) 3) the coffee in a room for such hotel and suite must be better, we had cheap coffee sticks 4) we let the hotel know we had a wedding in Signaghi earlier this day and expected a champagne or any Georgian wine from the hotel as congrats - nothing, just ignored the fact

The interior is great. The room has excellent view. We loved panoramic windows! And the bathtub has the size of small swimming pool. This hotel is excellent for those who love staying in beautiful places. Also, good room service, good breakfast - everything you expect from a nice hotel is there.

It was a little bit noisy and I think there are some problems with AC and/or ventilation - we had a slight smell from the kitchen. Not a big deal, though. WiFi definitely needs better coverage.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Zeg, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable. The Hotel is great and in the middle of Old Town tourist attraction you can explore by walk around in the city and the breakfast was great.

At list if they have the Elevator it must be good cos its quit hard to take your luggage on the stairs and one more thing if the restaurant below are part of Hotel or not? I didn’t recommend anyone to eat in that restaurant cos staff are rude and unprofessional and pathetic.
