the staff are great and the old house//hotel is nicely done - they have really made and effort and people are friendly and helpful.

some bits of it were not in great condition. some of it can’t be helped as it is an old house but some of it could be better - it does not quite live up to its ambition. cab driver found it very difficult to find. that could be a reflection on the cab driver!

We stayed at the suite. Very spacious and nicely decorated, with a coffee machine, a tub (which we didn't use), an excellent large bed, and views of a lot of the attractions of the city. The location is excellent, in a quiet spot in the middle of the old town. The breakfast was very nice as well.

The place was rather expensive (and this was after a discount) for what it is. The staff was really very nice, but couldn't help us with anything around the city and beyond. Most places usually give you some recommendations, connect you to tour operators, etc., but they just didn't have any 'inside' knowledge. Other than that, we really had a very nice stay.

It's fourth of fifth time we're staying at this place. This time we've decided for the largest available apartment and the views were spectacular. The location of the hotel is perfect - right in the middle of the old town. I recommend the option with breakfast. You will not be disappointed. The people at the reception are always very helpful. Kudos to the gent who arranged us the taxi to the airport at 3:00am.

It would be greatly appreciated if greater care would be taken when cleaning the shower cabin.

Great localisation in the old town, close to many attractions and landmarks, good restaurants, 5 minutes away from Liberty Square. The room and the bathroom were very clean, also the whole place was decorated consistently and with attention to details. Great breakfast in a form of a buffet, a mix of continental and local flavours with a lot to choose from. Receptionist was very communicative and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend the place to our friends visiting Tibilisi.

We really liked the hotel. Location was perfect, everything is near. The staff at reception were very nice and ready to help. Tamuna the lady who were preparing breakfast was so nice, she was cooking different types of breakfast, fresh hot hachapuri for was. There is Nespresso coffee machine. In the evening we were sitting in terrace and drinking tea before bed.

No shampoo and conditioner, so u have to take yours.

Beautiful design, cozy garden, delicious breakfast, helpful staff.We really enjoyed our stay in this Boutique Hotel. Only few minutes away from Liberty Square, but not noisy - the location of the hotel is perfect.

The ventilation system in the bathroom is very laut and it starts automaticly when one is turning on the light. We found a small lamp over the mirror and we're using it instead the big light to avoid the noice. Moreover, the mattress was a bit to hard for me, but this is a matter of taste.

This charming boutique hotel really surprised me. Despite its size, it has a distinct personality and charm, unlike larger, more impersonal accommodations I have stayed in this city previously. I was so impressed with this hidden gem that I only wished I could have extended my stay to fully appreciate what it offers.

Absolutely delicious breakfast served by lovely people. Staff at this hotel are great. Also a good price for the location, service and style.

It's a bit noisy (from the street) but it's not the fault of the staff. The location is right in the middle of the city, which is also an advantage.

Right in the heart of central Tbilisi / Old Town, great setting, very quiet and peaceful, rooms are cosy, and breakfast is home-made in front of you and delicious

One of the reception staff light up cigarettes at night in the internal courtyard, right by our window and funnily enough by a "no smoking" sign, and our room filled with smoke. Other than that, the rest of the staff were all great and welcoming !

Quiet location at the end of a street- just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Old Town shops and restaurants. Fabulous breakfast with friendly staff tending the breakfast area. The reception staff was friendly and John (student from Germany) was particularly personable. Air conditioning was nice and bed was comfortable.
