Located 100m from the Bridge of Peace, allows to reach out main touristic attractions easily. The room is cosy, bright, warm, has all the necessary accessories. Instant hot water is also a big plus. Staff is very helpful and available 24/7.
I advice to reach to the hotel from the main street, as walking besides old poor buildings might create a wrong impression.

Hotel is in a very good location walking distance to the mall, attractions and the famous Shardeni street with all the bars, nightclubs and restaurants which in my case I was glad they serve shisha so it was very close. Rooms are spacious, very clean, comfortable and quiet. Their breakfast is generous, there are options for vegetarians. People in Georgia are friendly but I think the most helpful and friendliest are the staff in this hotel to be honest they really gave me the best experience and I would highly recommend this hotel for all it’s aspects.

The hotel was cozy and nice. Stuffs were very friendly.
Breakfast was only ok, difficult to find something for eat.Lift wasn’t available to upper floor where our room was. They also wanted more money about my ten years old daughter eventhough my reservation was made for one adult and ten years old child.

Perfect hotel location of Tbilisi tourist spot such as Freedom square, Rike Park, Narikala Fortress, Mother of Georgia, Mtatsiminda Park, Clock Tower, Meidan Baazar. Nearby restaurants, SPAR convenient store. Friendly staff, small room but with clean WC and comfortable bed. Everyday supply of toiletries and water. Delicious breakfast will be served by ladies (I forgot to ask their names) they speak a little english but they are friendly and very accomodating. You will feel safe inside and outside of the hotel even if you came late night.
It’s just that they don’t have a bidet but not a big issue.

We have not chosen the breakfast option but the hotel's location is perfect. Walk distances to the almost every historical places. Especially Annette and all Sharden Hotel team were so helpful and nice.
