The location is perfect, the service is wonderful, the room cleaning was happening even more times than necessary (every day), the breakfast was decent and the food selection was good for it's price. The staff was nothing but helpful, kind, responsive, and supportive. The room I had was greatly furnished and equipped with anything I could need during my stay. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

The fact that the price of the stay is subject to the current dollar rate is a little unpleasant. The dollar rate was fluctuating all the time, so I had to pay much more than I initially planned to (due to the fact that the rate changed a lot between my booking and the actual checking-in the hotel). Plus, I'd appreciate it if the tax was already included in the price shown on the site. Let's say I intended to spend 900 dollars but had to pay 1100. Doesn't seem like much of a difference but somewhat unpleasant nonetheless.

We had a really fantastic experience at the Citadines! For a family of 4 the 1 bedroom apartment was perfect, the front office staff were so friendly and helpful especially the manager and the lady with the red hair. Also housekeeping were absolutely amazing especially Bella she was sweet and kind and so lovely! It was my husbands birthday and they surprised him with a bottle of wine which he was really happy about and overall fantastic experience for the 11 nights we stayed there.

We were really happy with everything, if I was to make any change I would just suggest reducing the price of the breakfast as we found there were other cheaper options close by.

Good location. Quiet for its located behind the marriot & galleria mall row away from busy street. Room views are limited. Pedestrian underground walk way to freedom square is just outside the Archway (picture enclosed). Archway is just between Marriot and Badagoni restaurant which is same row with Galleria mall and metro station. Metro and buses are all within 3 min walk. Airport bus from airport stops at freedom square and you can also take the airport bus right infront of Liberty square metro station stop to head back to airport. Ride takes 35 mins on non peak hours. Kitchenette is good and equipped enough with microwave pots and pan. You can get food from supermart at Galleria and make your own meal if you are tired of dumplings ;)

Bed were too soft for me. Aircon may not be serviced cos it blows out dust particles when switch to level 2 and above. City views are limited to upper floor only.

Central location; the hotel feels new and fresh both in the apartments and in communal areas. The space is not huge anywhere, but all the arrangements inside the apartment are practical. There will be a roof terrace as well probably at one point in time, but currently it looked a bit still under construction.

The room we got assigned on the ground floor had a "window" that could not be opened and only looked into the dining hall below. We asked for another room but were told this was the last room of this kind available, so we agreed to pay the difference to be upgraded to a different room type. So, problem eventually solved, but... On one of the evenings there was only lukewarm water in the shower. The wifi was at times a bit unstable.

We like super silent place, after noise city. This was amazing. Near the big mall. You can find everything there! Many cafes near, from cheap to luxury.

The main problem with find the hotel. You should go to arch. But there two arches. You should use arch which near underground cross. Gel for show and shampoo like 2in1 - is not good quality. And please, come on. Two bottles of water only for first welcome. It will cool if they can give after clean new bottles. :)

Location of the hotel is perfect. Right at the city centre next to Galleria Mall. Spacious enough for couples or small group. Kitchen is equipped with a sink, stovetop, toaster, oven, refrigerator and utensils.

Exact location of hotel is bit tricky to figure out. Their signage on the road is easily missed in daylight. We wandered for 30 minutes to find the hotel right next to where we were🤭🤣😂. Although we specified for a single bed, I think they arranged 2 beds into one which was a little uncomfortable. Only two water bottle were provided for the entire stay (5 nights). They informed that is their usual hotel policy.

The locality close proximity to Freedom Square commercial area allows us access to all the F&B and places of interest. The service staff is very helpful even we arrive 3 hours earlier and they tried to prepare a room for us. The room is equipped pantry and dinning and sitting area and seems like newly renovated as all the furniture looks very new. For the price, is value for money.

For taxi drivers who is not familiar with the hotel, the vehicle pickup point is obscure as it has to pass through a building driveway and the driveway entry is not very welcoming especially for pedestrain.

I'm very pleased for the service and treatment I get in this hotel. The receptionist was extremely nice with me and she knew I was staying in the hotel for honeymoon so she sent me a cake as a gift. The cake was really delicious I'm even sad we couldn't eat it all during our stay and had to leave it xD but overall I'm happy with their service. Need to add that this hotel has a Bidet spray (Shattaf) which is missing in major hotels in Georgia.

I didn't like the area of the hotel much. This could be my opinion only. Also The hotel provides complimentary water bottles only when checking in and not daily. I wish they improve that since it is internationally know that water is provided daily in hotels. I've been in several Citadines hotels before and this is how it was. Other than this the hotel is Great.

Comfortable, quiet and clean place at the very heart of the city. The place is new, fully equipped with good quality appliances for a comfortable long-term stay: kettle, toaster, mini fridge, pots, pans, utensils, iron and etc. Very good location for those who want to explore the city on foot as well as for those who prefer public transport or taxi (a couple of euros to almost all locations). The hotel is clean, our room was comfortable and quiet. The suroundings are safe at any time of the day and night. Friendly and helpful staff.

Please note that some rooms (ex. 007) have no windows to outside, therefore, day light and fresh air is limited. Since we did not spend a lot of time inside, this was not a problem, but one should consider that before booking the rooms. Also, the wifi is pretty weak, so would not recommend it to someone who has come for "workation". You better go and explore the city. :) Would be good to have a couple more utensils (not 2 forks for two people as sometimes we like to eat a couple of dishes). A cutting board and some cleaning products (dish soap) would be nice too. But overall experience was positive.

The location is convenient and easily accessible. It is beside the mall, cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and walk in distance to landmarks/ other tourist spots! The whole room is clean and met the expectation! What you booked is what you get. The kitchenette is even equipped with basic utensils and appliances which is superb! Toilet and shower room is separate which is excellent! Lighting is good around the whole studio/room. Bed is comfortable to sleep in after a long day of being outside. Even the Sofabed is also comfortable in the common area. Staff is very accommodating. Special mention to the lady with the red hair at the reception (sorry I forgot her name) who helped with requests and all, even on busy time. She's nice and can communicate well in English.

Television is not updated and/or is not a smart TV. Cant access Netflix. Only has less than 20 channels and signal is super weak. No Movie/ international channels. Bathroom floor always get flooded whenever you use the shower. Flooding can even reach the bedroom which is frustrating. Less toiletries, only shampoo and soap available in the bathroom. No other toiletries available like toothpaste, toothbrush, lotion, hair conditioner, shaving and etc. No bidet in the toilet. No room temperature control unit. Breakfast buffet is not bad but it has less options. Only tried the 1st day, not money's worth. Would be better if they will also serve Asian breakfast.
