I had a wonderful stay at the BADAGONI Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my visit was enjoyable. The service was top-notch, with all my needs met promptly and efficiently. The hotel's location is perfect, centrally situated and close to everything, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, the rooms were spotless and well-maintained. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient place to stay.

Friendly staff, very clean and excellent location.

Walking across the dinning room in order to get to the lift to get to your room. Most of the time this was okay, however I felt uncomfortable doing this when people were in there eating. There is a corridor from the reception which goes around the back of the dining room but the door was locked (or I wasn't pushing it hard enough) so I couldn't go that way on some occasions. Its not a big issue, and will not bother many people, in addition it would not prevent me from staying there again as I enjoyed my stay.

Location and the staff were very helpful

We arrived late at night and it was very difficult to find the entrance : the entrance is thru the door of the restaurant but sign on the door said it’s closed so we went another hotel who called the hotel and we were told to go to the restaurant entrance which is open in spite of the Closed sign on the door. This needs to fixed since it’s misleading and confusing

Modern hotel in the heart of the city. Delicious breakfasts, especially pancakes with fruit, ordered them every morning. Khinkali in the restaurant are delicious, I recommend trying it. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

We rented 4 rooms at the hotel for ourselves and our guests, our daughter's wedding took place in Tbilisi. We arrived early in the morning and we had to check in at 7 am, for an early check-in the hotel asked to pay extra for the cost of one night, it seemed to me a little expensive, I often go on trips, usually this service costs half a night. But every hotel has its own rules. And so I rented the first night at the amazing Marriott hotel nearby and they provided free early check-in. The rooms at the Badagoni Hotel are quite dark, the lighting is very weak.

It’s in the center of Tbilisi, next to Galleria mall and Freedom square. Staff was the best at the restaurant.

I’ve been here twice and there’s always seem to be a day that the heater wasn’t working. We stayed for 3 night and the air conditioning wasnt working for two days and they couldnt work around to fix it so the room was very stuffy during the night.

The breakfast is amazing, the restaurant that the hotel has is very nice, the staff are so polite. The location is very near to every thing, you can do the tour arround the hotel.

The room near to the street is a little noisy, because has too much traffic in front the hotel, but I asked to change the room then they change and everything was ok.

I would like to thank the reception staff for their cooperation and good manners. The hotel is very clean. I needed them for some minor problems and they helped me right away. Thank you

There were some minor issues and they were resolved quickly

The hotel and room is clean and comfortable. The location is great near to Metro station and freedom square. Easy to go to Arab Street via Metro or booking online Taxi through application. Moreover some of restaurants “Halal” near to the Freedom Square.

The Room is small size compare to other hotels nearby but it is good to accommodate two persons only. Breakfast is good and acceptable with no much variety on daily basis. There is no water shattaf for the toilet.

We really liked the hotel Clean! Great staff! Everything was sooo close! The breakfast was in the hotels restaurant and we good choose something for them to make for us from the menu It was just great

We asked for a double bed, but got 2 deprecated beds that were combined

Location is in the heart of the city. You can easily walk to and from the tourists spots within the area. Beside the mall and metro station too. In-house restaurant offers good food and wine.

Noise coming from the opening and closing of door which divides the hallway from the restaurant kitchen and lift.
