Nice 4 Star hotel 15min walking distance from Zeil. The staff where all very nice and helpful. The room was good; double bed with spectate mattresses. Bathroom with toilet/ shower, small vanity kit. The room is of good size and you can move freely and there a place for your luggage. The also has a small balcony. My room didn’t have a water kettle, but when I asked the staff, they gave me a kettle with tea and coffee for free. The hotels lactation is good; nice safe neighborhood close to down town and shopping area, Zeil is in walking g distance. The area has restaurant and bars. Over all a great place to stay.

Reception closes at 11 pm and they give you a code for the Main Door and you have to keep the bulky room key with you. The hotels street can sometime be a bit noisy. The carpet design in the room needs getting used too.

From the start they were very accommodating. We asked for a specific room from the hotel pictures, which they kindly prepared. The room was great, the AC worked exceptionally well, everything was clean. The staff were all helpful and very nice, even when our toddler was being loud at breakfast. They even prepared fresh pancakes and eggs for him. The location of the hotel is also amazing, since you are 10 minutes away from the center of Frankfurt, but also right next to a U-Bahn Station, which connects you to the whole city, so there is no need of driving. All in all, we were impressed with the service and the hotel. We would 100% stay there again on our next visit to Frankfurt.

The hotel has been updated and has a modern functional vibe. WiFi is fast. Water pressure in the bathroom is exceptional. The rooms are clean and stocked with all necessary amenities. The carpet is clean, and I mention it only because it has a funky cobblestone pattern. Breakfast was a standard European style buffet with a good variety of delicious food and beverages. We came for the Christmas markets, which were not further than 300M away. U Bahn station is about 500M and S Bahn about 700M. Free parking is available on a first come, first served basis. We rented a car the second day to experience markets in nearby cities.

Although parking is free and there are adequate spots, some guests used two parking stalls for one car. I ended up parking my rental across from the hotel, on the street.

Very good breakfast, lots of choice. Quiet with closed windows, room nice and clean, spacious enough for one person. Parking space behind the hotel is very convenient, except that they are very narrow. Only disappointing thing is the very slow wifi, this needs improvement. Would recommend however and would book again if I need a stay. Also many restaurants nearby, restaurant 'der fette Bulle' was very good imo.

WifFi needs an upgrade, really too slow. Nothing else.

Location was ideal for my purposes (an appointment nearby), and generally I understand this establishment is very close to the heart of the city. Nice neighbourhood. Free parking on the premises, very convenient! All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Spacious, comfortable room. Good breakfast. Very happy with my stay overall :)

The area is a little noisy which normally would have been mitigated by good soundproof windows - if not for the heat and no AC: had to leave my window open at night. Still no big deal, though. Slept fine :)

The breakfast was delicious ! And the rooms were spacious . And lots of ethnic restaurants in the area

The room needed more light . They ordered us a taxi telling us that the ride would be around 40 euros . And that they take credit cards. The driver charged us 58 euros for a 20 minute ride . And he did not take credit card.

It was not the first time I was staying here so, obviously, I like this establishment )) Very centrally located, parking available, comfortable room, friendly staff, everything I could wish for )) A great place to stay in Frankfurt for a couple of days.

Currently, there is a renovation going on outside but that really does not disturb anything.

A great base to explore Frankfurt! We stayed in this hotel twice and travelled around Germany in between. The rooms are very spacious with comfy beds and lovely bathrooms too. Everything was clean and tidy. Check in was easy as the reception is manned until late. We were also given an access code so we could get back in after hours. The location is good, the river and other main Frankfurt attractions are within walking distance, but it is a 10min walk from the nearest tube station - not too far but feels longer with heavy suitcases! All in all a great stay, would recommend!

Great location, very near to city center. Also very convenient for the airport, and the central train station. Friendly staff. Reasonable value for money considering the prices in this city.

No air conditioning and the cupboard with the refrigerator was locked. This during the summer is a serious inconvenience. Also there are some stairs before the elevator that can be a problem if you are with large suitcases.

Nice room, spacious and clean. Cool carpet. Supermarkets just a couple of minutes walking distance. Power sockets near beds.

Wi-Fi working really really bad. Room cleaning didn't refill tissues (they were finished). Not a big main light in the room. Not many snacks at the hall.
