I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to take a moment to thank the entire staff, especially the reception team. Their warm welcome, multi-language skills, and constant helpfulness made my stay incredibly pleasant. They were always smiling, ready to assist, and truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was spotless, especially the bed, which was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was also perfect, well-equipped, and convenient for my needs. One of the highlights of my stay was how accommodating the hotel was while I waited for my flight. I enjoyed spending time in the hotel lounge, where the atmosphere was relaxing, and I had the opportunity to enjoy good company. Thank you again for such a great experience, and I would highly recommend your hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Directly across from the hotel, is the cafe wolf, which is open from 6.30 am and does coffee, pastries and sandwiches. The location of the hotel is good, with a 7 minute walk to the Rhine and 5 minutes from lots of shops, bars and restaurants. The Cathedral is visible from the hotel and is around a 15 minute stroll. There is a small bar around the corner on the next street called 'casino' which is freindly To gain entry, we were sent a code on day of arrival, which we entered into key box outside to get key to door and room

no lift, no tv and the street outside was a little noisy.

It's a basic and simple but fine accomodation in Köln. The location is okay, shop in 5 mins, the Dom is a ~15 mins walk. The room is very basic but has bed, chair and table. The bathroom is clean and ok, all worked well. WiFi is good. Self check-in. Daily cleaning.

The room was quite cold and heating didn't really worked. Other than that the room is super basic which is fine, but some interior design/decoration could lift up the place. Otherwise can't complain, fair room for a locally fair price.

Central location. This is a budget hotel, clean,safe,central,comfortable. It has a self check-in and check-out system, so I did not encounter any staff. Shower was strong and hot. Black out curtains ensured good sleep.

This venue does not have a lift and the rooms are on three upper stories. I was on the top floor which required climbing 75 steps. I am fit and had just a weekend bag, but people with mobility/strength issues might find it difficult.

The hotel was very clean with a welcome water cooler in the hallway. Furnishing was simple but comfortable, with recently refurbished en suite bathroom and plenty of hot water and regular towel/ bed linen changes. It is centrally located and easy to find - a c 20 minute walk from the main station down one of the city's main streets, and nonetheless reasonably quiet. Communication before and during stay was good and efficient. Thank you!

In addition to asking for rooms close together, which was arranged, I had requested them on one of the lower floors. Possibly this request didn't get through/ maybe there was no single room availability on those floors.

The hotel is centrally located and ideal for exploring Cologne. Bed was extremely comfortable and bedding warm and cosy. Windows are sound-proof and the curtains are blackout standard thus ensuring continuous sleep. The shower is strong and there was plenty of hot water at any time. Room cleaned and fresh towels provided daily. The staff were helpful and friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

I had no issues. There is no lift so people with restricted mobility might find climbing the stairs with luggage a challenge.

The location was brilliant. A 15 minute walk to the station and cathedral along a pedestrianised street. Plenty of breakfast options locally, and great Asian and Italian restaurants close by. The room was large and clean, with a powerful shower. Very comfortable beds and duvets. Effective double glazing stopped most outside noise.

A kettle would have been appreciated.

Location was excellent. Remote check in was seamless. Room was small but had everything we needed. Bathroom was small but a good shower. Decor was quite dated but sort of quaint. The beds were a little hard but the bed linen was crisp. There was some noise from the street but this is to be expected in a city centre hotel. All in all it was good value for money.

Beds were a little hard. The pillows were a little lumpy.

My brother and I wanted a basic room near the centre for a weekend trip, just a place to sleep and drop off our suitcases. It's practical, clean, comfortable and suited our needs. For the price, it was exactly what we were looking for.

It's basic, but you get what you pay for. Good price for simple, clean by the city centre.

This booking was a last minute one, and it was great for the random choice! The close location to the main city center and clean room was worthwhile.

The very tiny shower recess and low shower head was very frustrating.
