We liked the location of the hotel, its just a short walk from the water front and restaurants. The room was very comfortable for our needs.

We didn't like the pillows, they were very uncomfortable.

Overall, we had a great time at this accommodation. Room was well equipped, bed was comfortable and location perfect! Close to many attractions, restaurants, shopping, etc. Staff were fantastic, especially the lady at the front desk (apologies as her name escapes me but I believe she was from Spain) as she was extremely professional, friendly and helpful! Complimentary drink(s) offer for not using room service was a nice touch! I would highly recommend this property during a stay in Cologne.

Upon arrival, the microwave oven was quite dirty which I thoroughly cleaned before using it for the duration of our 4 night stay. As well, we had 3 of 6 lights burnt out in the bathroom which we reported shortly after checking in but sadly, they were not replaced during our stay. NOTE: this did not impact on the great experience we had here, just simply an honest observation.

A beautiful hotel with everything you need catered for! Our room was incredibly peaceful and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. We found the huge viewing window between the bathroom and bedroom quite funny but for those who are worried about privacy, there are curtains which isn't that obvious from the photos! :) The pool facilities are free to use and a brilliant addition too. Particularly liked the added bonus of exchanging daily housekeeping for a free drink at the bar! The staff were fantastic and spoke fluent English, making our check in and out so much easier for us as language-inept brits!

The location was great. The hotel is on a quiet street just a 15 minute walk from all the cute riverside restaurants. The area seemed safe and there is a grocery store nearby. The room was clean and quiet. We didn’t have breakfast there and did not use the pool. They had an espresso machine with a couple of pods in the room.

The shower and sink in our room was basically in the bedroom. The toilet is in a separate little room with a door. There is a room dividing curtain separating the bedroom from the shower but it is not totally opaque so it might be awkward in some situations.

room was very hot! we were in an apartment room & also booked a hotel double room & both were in very busy & noisy locations. we had to close the windows to sleep, which then caused the rooms to be very hot. AC was not on/working. Indoor pool was nice but definitely not heated water, it was freezing. the room was hot but not the pool itself.

The room was great. Good size for a family of 4. Comfy beds, good location, breakfast on site, and a pool.

Our family room was on the 4th floor (no elevator), not great with a baby and a toddler. The room was freezing! It took over a day to get warm enough, the floor never warmed up enough. Take slippers! The breakfast was great and convenient, but overpriced. There are no other breakfast options or a grocery store close to the hotel. The pool and sauna was a big draw, but the sauna was out of service and the pool was pretty cold. So we left only ten minutes in the pool as we got really cold.

The hotel is located close to the main station, the Dom and the Rhine river. The breakfast buffet had a great variety. All in all, it was a good hotel for our one-night stay and probably it is also comfortable for longer stays in the city.

The design choices are a bit weird: There is a large window through which the room and the bathroom are connected, and other rooms even have the shower in the room itself. At least, there were curtains to obstruct the direct view. Also, we couldn't close our shower door completely.

The hotel is fine. But the management is not 4 star, but tourist class. eg. For environmental reasons you get big bottles of shampoo amd handsoap. Perfect. But they do replace the towels everyday, even if you hang them. You do not get body lotion. I am 1.99 meter. The sheets are very short. So my feed are old. i cald the reception for an extra sheet. Both the internal and external line were not answered. When I went down to the reception, two men were chatting in the room next to the reception.

The hotel is very well located, very close from the city center. The room was confortable and well equipped. The hotel staff was very nice with us. The breakfast was good too. Good hotel to stay in Cologne

The breakfast was quite expensive. The swimming pool is not warmed and the spa was closed. The garage is quite expensive too and it was possible to let our car few hours more until we left Cologne.

We have stayed at this hotel before and we like the room style and the quiet location. We would appreciate a little more variety for breakfast, i.e., bacon instead of chicken but, generally, it is a nice hotel in which to stay.

The hotel's pool needed to have the heat turned on! I am a brisk swimmer but even I gasped at the coolness of the water. Additionally, having to pay extra for the use of the sauna is a bit over the top.
