Location was perfect. The hotel itself was in a quiet location eventhough at the main street. Very close to Munich Main station. Plenty of options for food in the area. Munchner Stubn restaurant around the corner from the hotel was very good. Receptionist was very helpful to help me find a doctor. I had a fall and sprained my ankle the day before in Zurich. Couldn't get an appointment in Zurich. Receptionist (I didn't catch his name unfortunately) said that the same issue with Munich for new appointment with local GP would take weeks. He recommended for me to go to the night clinic. I was able to see the doctor and got the treatment I needed. Bed was comfy. Room was comfy and has plenty of space and storage. Nice bar.

Shower was modern using a smart button. I was having difficulty adjusting the water temperature when the button was wet. My room has a small window in the corner the rest was wall covered by curtain.

Great hotel. Staff were very helpful and it was exceptionally clean. We had interconnecting rooms which made a huge difference and gave us loads of space. Beds and bedding really comfortable.

Unfortunately there was a lot of building work going on outside the hotel and the pool was also undergoing maintenance so we closed. I don't recall being made aware of this at the time of booking, so that was a bit disappointing. It is great location for the station - but you need to be prepared for what being next to a main station in a large city means. Its also a good 25 minute walk to the main areas of Munich.

We truly liked this hotel. Staff was super friendly and one of the older gentlemen at reception working there was extremely helpful with a faulty parking ticket. He assisted with the entire process to have it rectified and went the extra mile in assisting until the matter was solved. The rooms were ultra clean with nice bathrooms and spacious enough for the little one to hop around. Location was excellent and the park-house directly underneath the hotel with a direct lift into the lobby made life easy and transport of luggage a breeze. Munich is a very fun and safe city with plenty things to do and this hotel allows you to be walking distance from everything that it fun.

I know quite a few people complain about the poor neighbourhood. It's what you can expect from a location perhaps so close to Munich central station, but I would never label it as "dangerous" unless the occasional street-begger makes you feel uncomfortable. Munich being very police-rich, so we felt 100% safe and secure at all times.

Great location 1st of all with just seconds from the Munich bahnhof, I love the rooms as it was very clean and well maintained. The deal that I got for 4 days was really amazing. My family did enjoy the stay at Maritim with great memories to cherish.

Other facilities were closed due to Corona restrictions, could have done something to keep the bar opened for any refreshments during the stay.

We like the location..we are a loyal customer of Maritim Hotels..as we like to walk to restaurants bars shopping centers and to interesting places..most of all next to train station as we hopped countries.

The breakfast wasn't as good as Köln Maritim Hotel Coffee was bitter and no variation of food...but like the wein served at breakfast:)) The head of the group wasn't friendly..I mean just a warm smile would be enough... At the reception..a long wait with one staff attending to check ins to a big hotel like yours...the lobby isn't comfortable for waiting clients..only an old couch away from the desk...not enough towels for a few days stay..no reserves unlike some hotels they have extra towels stored.

The location was absolute perfect close to everything whether it be sights or public transportation. It was also very easy to find, the rooms where okay/good depending on how you see it. Plus there was even AC in the room as well, which was a very big plus during hot weather.

For the price i would´ve liked more for example included breakfast. Something else, that "bothered" me was the fact that every time you used the bathroom you got water practically every whether it be the shower, toilet or sink. The shower was extremely difficult to operate since the water pressure it shoots out, is the equivalent of a fire hose. So practically every time you shower, you had A) a very hard time shuting it of and B) water practically everywhere.

Location great. Just opposite the main hall. Good rooms, clean and safe and quiet

The area is s a little dumpy. Did not feel safe going out after dark. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Passed on expensive breakfast.

Breakfast was amazing, wifi was really good as well and the location cannot be beat for price

None of the facilities were open when we went, pools and gyms were all closed

We arrived in Munich and received news of an emergency at home, so made arrangements to fly back home the next day. While we were troubled by the news back home, we were pleasantly surprised that the rooms were ready and that we could check in at no extra charge. Conceirge staff Isabel was also very kind, understanding and helpful to re-process our bookings for a 2-night stay to one night. Another staff also helped to provide directions to the BMW Museum which we managed to visit before flying home the next day. We very much appreciate the service provided by Maritim and would definitely recommend friends and family to stay there when visiting Munich. We also like the location as it is conveniently located near the main train station which made it easy to get to and from the airport and other tourist attractions. There were also some restaurants with nice food walking distance from the hotel.
