everything was very good

the sauna facilities were under construction and pool felt a little cold

location 100% - close to hauptbahnhof and walkable distance to Marienplatz. outdoor restaurant and garden area 100% - nice atmosphere.size of rooms 100% . Great air con and comfortable bed. The cocktail bar was also very good, could have matched the restaurant for drinks on prices though e.g. soft drinks and wine cost more but why? Staff were friendly and helpful and service was personal. Good gym. overall, a modern, beautiful hotel in a great location.

Dirty room. I didn’t make a fuss. on the surface the room was very beautiful but, the bed on arrival had an ambiguous stain I ignored throughout my 10 day stay. 10 days with the same covers potentially used by someone before! I dropped a sock one day and a thick layer of dust was stuck to it and on closer inspection below it was clear to see the floor doesn’t get cleaned. I had to ask if I wanted things topped up like coffee, shower gel etc. staff were friendly in doing this but we shouldn’t have had to ask . Also, No one answered phone for room service!!!!’

Hallways were not clean. Inner courtyard was noisy late into the evening. Price for buffet breakfast was too high with no option for a la carte order unless using room service. Could never get an answer when calling for room service. Staff were inconsistent with breakfast policies.

Very comfortable hotel, with modern rooms, large pool, comfortable beds and pillows, excelent breakfast, nice courtyard in the centre of the hotel, at 2 minutes from main station.

3 negative points: - Although conveniently located close to the main station, that is a really dirty neighbourhood (mainly composed of communities from Middle East) and we confirm the previous comments from other guests that referred that looks really dangerous to walk around by night. - The rooms need to be more insonorizated. This hotel is used by many large Arab families that allow their kids to run away in the corridors. We also know the doors knocking all night. - At the breakfast, the staff also allows the indisciplined kids of the same families to run away by the tables, disturbing all the other guests. Although the food has an excellent quality, it may be really difficult to enjoy it.

the cost of breakfast at €30 a person was off putting and seemed excessive for three of us at four days that would have been €360 and this just wasn’t justifiable so we didn’t spend it.

The location is right across Munich Hbf. if you are travelling by train, this hotel is your bestfriend! in and out the train into the hotel in no time. A short wak to the main shopping areas as well.

I stayed in the hotel during winter season. The whole corridor is heated up to the point it’s so suffocating. Very hard to breathe esp with thick winter clothing. Everyday my family had to go out the hotel quickly to get some fresh air. The room is not carpeted, It had wooden floor which I think a little bit odd. My room was very dusty (under the bed and under the chairs and table- not cleaned) and we can hear people on the upper floor walking around etc During our stay we also couldn’t use the facilities as the hotel had severe water damage 😔

Location across the street from the central train station could not have been more convenient. Also, short walk into the old city center and related areas, and to get transit to attractions, hop on/hop off, etc. was ideal. Breakfast at the hotel was the best in the 2 weeks we were in Europe. Room was very spacious.

A/C was not overly robust so if it was warmer than when were were there, the room could have been too warm. It was not uncomfortable for our stay but something we thought about as we were in warmer areas after we left Munich.

Very good size of room ,friendly staff, especially Ammar out on the reception and karam hussain on breakfast area they were great helpful 👍🏻 good location near the station and restaurants (arabic) and Marienplatz.

Actually not the hotel problem but the people were very noisy at night talking outside room at 12 AM and many parents leave their kids running in the corridor . The hotel should put rule after 10 or 11 no noise like other countries

One of the best Hotels around the Main Train Station in Munich (and within walking distance of the City Center). Staff were always very friendly and we especially enjoyed the breakfast. The suite we booked was of very good size and enough for a family of 4.

The daily cleaning of the room is always done very late in the day close to the evening and not in the morning when we're out of the Hotel.

The staff were very polite and accomodating. The breakfast was very good. Overall the room was a great size and good value for money. I will be staying here again next time I’m in Munich. The only issue was the sauna was out of action while I was there, not the fault of the staff (and the pool was still available) but the sauna had been a selling point for my stay.
