wouldn’t recommend for solo-female traveler

We stayed as a group of friends in December in a triple room. We found the pictures on Booking.com and the hotel website to be accurate. We had a triple room that was well appointed, comfortable and cleaned daily. Hotel has an excellent location close to the train station and the centre of Munich. We found all of the staff to be friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast.

Breakfast was a little expensive, but there’s a good selection and food was of a good quality.

Cool rooms. Super comfortable and quiet. Hotel itself was pretty rad. Cool old building, neat vibe.

Wouldn't want to try to park a range rover underground but otherwise pretty easy.

central location, good breakfast, for 32 euro was possible to upgrade for better room

the hotel is compact, clean and the room was comfy. There was very little external noise. The bed was comfortable and a nice bonus was the Nespresso machine which was replenished with new pods. Clean bathroom. The location is good, just outside the city centre and beside the Hauptbanhof / U-Bahn. Friendly staff.

Loud guest next door could be heard through the walls, although not too often. There appeared to be no aircon in my 5th floor room which could be a problem in summer. The phone to reception was slightly difficult to use.

Good location for exploring Munich old town, close to Central Station. Nice boutique hotel, preserving the theme of a former cabaret, excellent breakfast, clean well-organized rooms, coffee/tea facility, comfortable mattresses. Staff was generally nice and non-intrusive.

Rooms are a little bit small but it's not unusual in the old historical buildings. Upon our late arrival we had an unpleasant surprise - our triple room was not available for that night - by mistake, I suppose - but the most irritating thing was the attitude of the lady from the front desk, very annoying, with no clear or reliable information for the next days of our reservation. Eventually the crisis was properly solved, the first night we had an upgrade to a junior suite, and the next day we moved into our booked triple room - I think the manager solved efficiently the problem.

no dressing gowns to use, nobody answered the phone to order drinks off the menu to you room. From the booking.com image, we assumed the room would come with 2 arm chairs and a bath. which it did not, the room was slighly smaller than we thought it would be.

The location is outstanding. Close to shops for anything we forgot, easy walk (300m?) to the Central Railway/ Underground / Suburban Network. Cosy bars to relax nearby after a busy day being a tourist. Close to buses and hop on hop off bus. Reliable wifi. 24 hour desk. Clean comfortable beds. Great value for money. Bar downstairs. Super friendly and helpful staff.

The room was dim always. They have an elevator but kind of small and quirky, We mostly used the stairs. But great to have the elevator for check in and out with our bags. Three people and only 4 coffee pods. We would have liked 6

We were very pleased to be offered breakfast upon arrival, despite not having ordered it. This was an excellent spread and set us up very nicely for sightseeing each day. The reception staff were very friendly and the room was really comfortable with super (and quiet!) air con. A nice sitting area downstairs allowed us to play cards one afternoon. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very little. The only very small thing was that dirty cups in the room were not changed as part of room service, which seemed odd.
