Newly constructed / renovated hotel, supportive and always ready to help staff, nice area not to crowd but at the same time 15 minutes away from center by 21 tram, excellent breakfast

No watsapp or other massenger for contact, also no internal phone for contacting reception. For locals this is no problem, but for tourist who is in roaming it has some inconvenience. This new tendency of not cleaning the room until requested, I can't get used to this and mostly forgetting to request ending up with uncleaned room. But this is mostly my problem ;)

- good location and nice environment - modern hotel equipment, big bed, big TV and excellent shower - tram stop in front of the hotel and in 15 min. in centre - pleasant staff - quick check in/out - great breakfast - I highly recommend it - price and quality ratio 10/10

We arrived to the hotel around 11 am normally we have to check in after 3 pm. But the staff is super nice, she early checked in for us and always asked for what we need. Super friendly!! The location is near tramway station and bus stop, also it's not too far from train station. Super easy to explore city. And has a big supermarket nextdoor. Great experience for our first time in Munich 😃😃

Great breakfast, very friendly stuff, clean and cosy room, perfect bathroom and beds, free parking near the hotel. We were absolutely satisfied with our stay here

Shower was built inefficient so that the whole bath floor was wet

Very nice and big room and a nice bathroom. Fridge (small) in the room. Parking (free) outside the hotell, or you can use parking garage at the hotel. Train (No. 21) directly to city center. Buy a group ticket (4 or 5 persons) even if you ar only two and you can use this ticket the whole day (sone M). The bar area had a very large TV-screen. Fantastic to see MC leading the championship. The breakfast and dinner was very good.

Difficult to activate Air Condition. The sleeping room might be warm during summer nights. A bit too crowdy at breakfast.

Reception staff polite, friendly and efficient. Clean, modern room. Big comfortable bed. Good soundproofing. Aldi Sud supermarket conveniently located next door. Although it's a little outside city centre, it is near a tram stop. Trams are frequent and it takes just 10 minutes to the Ostbahnhof.

Room was a little small and only a hanging rail for clothes. However, this is fine for a stay of one or two nights. Air conditioning fan a bit noisy on highest setting but okay on other settings. Shower really powerful which is great but need to be inside the shower cubicle with door tightly closed before turning it on to avoid flooding bathroom floor.

- very good breakfast, tasty and lots of options - the room was big, clean and nice - the tram station is just outside and the subway is about 10 mins away - the staff were nice - they have a shop at the reception where you can buy some food if you arrive late and are hungry

- the breakfast area was a little cramped, at some point there were no seats available and we had to wait a bit for a table to be available - the restaurant closes pretty early (but that’s not actually the hotel’s issue but a general problem in Germany) - no one told us that the elevator doesn’t work if you don’t have your keycard and you don’t validate it before choosing a floor

The location is great, there is a store near the hotel and the train that goes straight to the centre. It takes max 20 minutes to get to Marien platz. The staff was polite and helpful.

There was no phone in the room so you could connect to the reception. You should call on mobile, which is not so convenient, if you are in roaming. There were no toothbrushes, no shower caps, no earsticks, no slippers(if you don’t ask some from the receprion). Consider taking all this with you, if you intend staying there.

Location was good - fairly easy easy access for public transport, good parking and on a main route. About 15mins fro the Messe. A good variety for breakfast and some decent teas. The night staff in particular at the reception desk were excellent - friendly, helpful and informative.

Wifi was flaky – kept dropping in and out. Also instructions weren't immediately obvious – had to switch the tv on to find out how to access wifi. My only gripe is that the pillows were too soft!
