The hotel setting in a park, both the internal park of the hotel and the surrounding city park was beautiful and relaxing. Our balcony was delightful, overlooking the forest in the back of the hotel. Double doors brought the outside into the room. The breakfast buffet was memorable and I would be sure not to miss it when booking a reservation at the hotel. The front desk met our every need. The bar was pleasant for a bit of relaxation and had our preference, non-alcoholic beer. The room is spacious with nice furniture, nice closet space.

If one's emphasis was to visit the old city, the hotel is not directly on a train line. However, the U-Bahn station was reasonably accessible by walking or bus to the downtown area.

Just by a very nice huge park and sporting facilities. Loved the garden. It is always nice to sit and relax in the evening, or for coffee break Breakfast is by far one of the best. Definitely worth We had one of the larger rooms, with extra payment. The balcony, park view was very relaxing. Staff is very friendly and helpfull Very silent, clean air

Our room needed blackout curtains. As the light of the garden and early morning sun was coming to our room. No airconditioning Not easy to reach from the city center. Takes about 30 mins by public transport

We did have a misstep on booking in which they need to sort out with Booking.com but they responded to the problem in a helpful and effective manner

Location is very convenient, the garden is very pleasant and the staff was very kind.

The room had no AC. I find that rather strange given that outside gets very hot in the summer. Sleeping was a bit harder as we had to wait for the room to "cool down" by opening the balcony door.

Spacious rooms, luxuriously fitted, looking out onto a canopy of leaves in a quiet and prosperous part of the city. Large showers and excellent shaving mirrors. Good communication before we arrived when we needed an extra bed shortly before travelling and when our train was delayed. My son reported the sofa bed was comfortable and the room they gave my children was large enough you could have easily used it as a family room for four with younger children 24 hour front desk to receive us past midnight

like most hotels in Germany, it didn’t have tea-making equipment (a kettle, mugs and tea bags) in the rooms

the room was very clean and modern. it had a nice little balcony too. the staff was friendly and greeted me everytime I walked in. the location is a short walk (I think it was like .4 miles down the road it’s in) to the ubahn 4 line. it was great

We had good weather, but like most of Europe, no air conditioning or even ceiling fans, so if it was too hot I would have had trouble sleeping

The room was cozy and quiet providing for a great rest. The view to the park was amazing with fresh snow making it even more lovely. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel was at highest standards. The staff were very friendly and helpful with all the requests that we had. The hotel location was great with a few bus stops nearby which provided ease of travel around the city. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choices.

no tea \ coffee machine \ facilities, cant connect laptop to HDMI port on TV ( was resolved after some negotiation and technical tweaking) , spa \ sauna - outside of hotel about 3 minutes walk
