The hotel was very convenient for our needs! Room was clean and quiet, which is what we asked for. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Parking was great...right in front of the hotel. The service in the restaurant was also very friendly!

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable -- too thick, but that is a personal preference. Though parking was convenient, the spaces were a bit tight. We ate in the restaurant and found the prices a bit inflated. The fixtures in the bathroom are a bit outdated and show a bit of wear.

The hotel has a quite good location. It's only 10 minutes from a train station or the city center. The personnel was nice, polite, and always willing to help. We were satisfied with the cleaning and the quietness in the room.

It was hard enough to find an entrance for the first time. There's a sign 'Eingang', but the parking sign is as well. It's not clear whether you need to use the parking ramp to reach the hotel. It'd be better to put a simple sign of pedestrian there too.

Location was lovely a nice park up the road. Close to motorway so easy to get on with journey. Supermarket close by and has excellent products. Hotel was quiet . Air conditioning very good fridge and tea making facilities so very cosy. Didn't have breakfast as wanted to get on with our journey to uk from Greece.

Nothing we had everything we needed

Check-in was easy, despite being a last minute booking. Breakfast was good with a wide choice. The breakfast room was large and comfortable and nicely decorated. Nice room, which was very clean and comfortable. Dogs accepted.

We had a room overlooking the car park, which was a bit noisy during the night time and early morning.

Nothing obvious, it just somehow felt more old and tired than I'd normally expect at a best western. Name of it also seemed odd - it was listed as "Holiday Inn (Best Western)" but the building was labelled Rastatt Hotel.

Hotel is on excellent position, walking distance from the railway station. It is excellent value for money regarding sleeping. On the other hand breakfast, although quite ok, is a bit too expensive. For 15.00 euros per person one could have even simple lunch.

Helpful, professional, attentive and friendly staff. Good location. Near the train station. Comfy bed. Clean, spacious bathroom. Grocery store in close proximity. I don't ever go to the bar, but it looked nice. So did the lobby.

The family rooms are big so you have a good amount of space even after adding spare beds. Hotel offers clean facilities. It is a good stopover choice if travelling onwards to southern destinations as it is just off the highway.

The receptionist was exceptional and went above and beyond expectations in order to make sure that our stay was great. He also went out of his way to provide us with a map and written directions to a local attraction that we inquired about.

We only stayed at this hotel one night after arriving in town late on Friday, so we didn't experience much of it, however it was very comfortable and met our needs for a budget-friendly one-night stay. Close to the train station and easy to find.
