This was a nice place. Everything was clean, big room but bathroom was a little small but ok. Off street parking, so secure for motorcycle. The main town is a 10min walk away. I'd recommend you go to Wild Bill's Salon for food it, was the busiest place in town but seemed like the go to place with reasonable prices and better food choices.

There is no real reception so have to checkin via a tablet. Which isn't good especially when you need the toilet and can't access the property without getting a key card. This does make the property secure, but I wouldn't fancy doing it late at night when you just want to get into the room.

We had a warm welcome. The room was easily accessed by lift. The room itself was huge and airy with a small balcony overlooking the grounds. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a good size. The area was quiet. The breakfast was really good with a buffet style self service. The food was fresh and there was plenty of it. Parking was on site and secure.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room , these were available from a machine at a price in the foyer.

Great hotel, great facilities, especially the pool during the hot weather. Great value for money.

The only downside was that it was incredibly hot in the night, and our room was on the top floor under the eaves with a tiny window quite high up, and there were no fans to blow some air around. Obviously it’s not the hotels fault that it was so incredibly hot, but knowing that they do get very hot weather there regularly the room could possibly be equipped with a fan?

- it was a sunday, so no staff on arrival. Automatic reception went smoothly. - nice clean rooms - nice art in the hotel - staff very friendly and helpful - very good breakfast - In Rastatt: go to the Schnitzel Brau!!

Small thing, more a note for others: Sunday Rest. So the swimming pool was not open (after a long drive....)

The building, location and swimming pool in the reality are much better than what you can see on the pictures. Breakfast is of excellent quality, many things way above expected, for example choice and quality of bread, many marmalades, many types of sweets/croissant among which to choose. Parking easy and safe.

there are 2 buildings, if you do not find your room in one of the buildings, it is in the other one. upon arrival, at night, I did not realize the nearby building (of different style) was part of the same hotel

A wonderful building, free parking, competent and friendly receptionist, everything in the room was brand new, bathroom soap dispensers and shower worked flawlessly, comfortable bed, lots of power points, excellent Italian resto round the corner (Da Niki)

heating worked but by time I managed to read the small print on the knobs (I'm no spring chicken) it was 3AM and I was cold

We actually only stayed here for one night, because we were travelling back to Holland after our vacation in Italy. This place was located perfect inbetween both places. Overall, everything was very clean. The staff responded quickly to our request via the booking.com chat and they were also very friendly. The place is perfectly located in Rastatt and also has a swimming pool which looked very nice. (Unfortunately we did not have time to take a swim.) Great stay.

Nothing to complain about. Only the coffee and tea from the machine are quit expensive (€1.70 for hot water)

Room deco is kept simple, however everything feels of good quality (bed, bathroom). Room and hotel in general feels very clean. Hygiene concept well designed and properly implemented. Staff very friendly. Located in city center but very quiet. Really nice breakfast, again simple but everything feels fresh and of quality. Very good value for money.

No evening meal / snack possibility , however, staff recommended very nice pizzeria next door (Da Niki).

The room was quiet and clean. The shared bathrooms are clean. The breakfast has vegan options!! This was shocking. Bigger, international hotel chains in the are didn't, but this small place in a small town did. It was great.

Nothing, really. You know what you're getting going in, so unless the shared bathroom is unexpected, there's nothing to complain about, really.

Staff was very helpful and friendly . Location along the bicycle trail was great . Room was great , comfortable, clean and bright . Bathroom was compact but had all the necessary equipment. Great inside secure bike storage .Close to a great Italian Restaurant - Pizzeria Da Niki
