Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, and the family room was very spacious, especially by European standards. Nice breakfast. Great to have free guest parking on premises. Nice shower.

Is waking distance to town, but it's farther than I had expected (15 min or so). Not much going on near the hotel itself, so to go out to eat you have to plan on getting to town. Would have been fine if it hadn't been raining so much during our stay ;-). Communication with hotel ahead of time was sometimes challenging, emailing was best way to coordinate.

A very nice hotel with comfortable rooms, a great breakfast and located a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Trier. We stayed here on the last night of a long weekend away in Germany. It was a very nice stay, the staff were very nice and accommodating and welcoming. The underground car park was safe and secure and linked directly to the hotel which was very good. Breakfast was great with plenty of options available. A great start to a day exploring Trier and the surrounding area.

We didn’t find anything that we didn’t like during our stay at the hotel.

We used this hotel as a short overnight stay on our way home from Austria. The price of the hotel was the cheapest we had paid but do not let this fool you. The hotel is very modern & clean. The facilities were excellent. There is a bar and unfortunately the restaurant was closed whilst we were there but they told us pizzas etc could be provided if we needed. There is a pool table & football table to use. The room was basic but very clean with air conditioning. Breakfast was superb. Parking was underground within a public carpark (the hotel has its own section). It was approx 20min walking the town.

The hotel was a great facility, loved the area with the games and the breakfast room was nice. The staff was super friendly and spoke English. We also really liked the spacious rooms and generous size of the beds. There is also a lovely green walk from Trier Sud station that we enjoyed. We would not hesitate to stay again!

The only thing that could be improved is the air conditioning. We did not stay during super hot weather, but if we had, it would have been uncomfortable.

Nice furnitured and up- to- date rooms, very wel maintained. Bespoke bathroom with a tub. Easy accessible underground car park. Plenty things to choose from at the breakfast buffet with products of good quality, constantly refilled by friendly kitchen staff. Well situated, just outside the city center. Recommended hotel !

The inside restaurant is closed, only pizza's, flatbread and some snacks are served. Although I had booked more than one room at once ( and paid everything ' all in ' in advance through Booking.com ) at check out I was charged the tourist tax again, but for 1 room only ... This makes no sense at all, but there was no discussion possible, The unpolite and unfriendly receptionist made me pay. Sorry to say so, but the lady at the desk is simply not up to the task.

The breakfast was quite nice each day. The breakfast room is a bit tight when everyone is getting breakfast at the same time but that was ok. The people at the front desk were all very nice and accomodating to our needs. We had some beer/wine at the bar a few times and that was quite nice. The rooms were nice and comfortable. It is close to the Roman Baths ruins and not too far from the Roman Ampitheatre. The Palace Gardens and other important sites are on one way to walk into the city. On the day of our arrival we were quite early. However, we were able to drop our luggage in a room before check-in and the front desk told us of a nice bakery/coffee shop since we hadn't had breakfast that morning. Great choice.

The first night we had some flammkuchen from the bar which wasn't great but they were limited in what they served. The restaurant itself was closed due to covid concerns, which we understand. The location was a pretty good hike from the train station but not undoable. There also wasn't much in the immediate area so you had to go into town (not a far walk though.)

Smart hotel, very clean, lovely and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the games area and the bar where we could play pool, darts etc with the kids in the evening. Parking was perfect and easy to access. Just a short walk into town.

Nothing really. Some normal musli at breakfast (not toasted) would have been good, but that is very minor. The billiard cues (some of them) need some repairing.

In the room everything was in order. The breakfast choices were ample although you should not come late because there are often large groups that eat early.

The entrance to the hotel and the reception should be described in more detail. It took us ten minutes to find the reception desk. It was not clear to us whether or not the use of the parting garage was free of charge

The location of the hotel was very good, the friends at the reception were very interested and friendly, they tried to help with everything, the rooms were clean, the room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed

It was a pity that there was no mini fridge in the room:(

Good size room, clean and modern. Very basic -no kettle, no coffee maker, no mini-fridge -but fine for a short stay and good value for money. I found the walk into the historic center pretty leisurely.

The hotel is co-located in the same building/complex as the ERA and share the same parking structure. There are dedicated hotel parking spots (nearest the lifts to the hotel reception) but they are always full. Really just park anywhere non-reserved. This could have been clearer. Also, no breakfast. At least not at 7am when I was told it started.
