It was clean and new. The cleaning staff were obliging and friendly. It is located very close to the outdoor theatre and the stadium, so convenient when going to events there. It’s also walking distance to the shops, old port, bars and restaurants. The fabulous growers’ market is just there every Saturday.

Minor touches one would expect from a ‘deluxe’ hotel in this price range were missing. For example there was no sink in the ‘kitchenette’, no milk for tea and the tea run out after a day. The toiletry supplies were meagre or not existent. The super vischy shower is incorrectly located, so that the water always sprays out if the shower recess. No big deal, just not deluxe as marketed. The reception is in a separate building, so not much communication with staff. My room was on the ground floor, with it’s only window at street level. I felt exposed as it lacked privacy, so kept it permanently closed, blinds down, lights on.

The lovely room is nicely furnished, has a wonderful bathroom, and even some extras like a fridge, a kettle, an iron, and a bath robe as well as some hygenic products. It was very clean. The hotel had a perfect location in our view: Right in front of all those beautiful little alleys of the Old Town of Chania, through which we were at the venetian harbour in a few minutes by foot. Despite the central location, it wasn't a load area. The staff at the reception were very welcoming and nice.

The AC was working fine, we just wished we could have done changes in temperature for example. If already making an iron available, an ironing board would've been nice. But those are just little things :)

very minor when I checked out at 10am reception was closed so couldn’t store my bag for the couple of hours before taxi , came back at half 11 reception open and couldn’t be more helpful

Excellent location. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and well laid out room. The shower was AMAZING. Very close to a food store and restaurants. Warm welcome on arrival. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again on future trips.

The road around the corner is quite noisy until late at night and the property is in a traditional area so the door and window of my room opened directly on to the street. This is not a criticism of the property and the description is accurate, but it could be disappointing for someone expecting/hoping for a ground floor room with a quiet yard or garden.

Room was great, bathroom as well. There was water, bathrobes and slippers.

The day previous to our arrival we asked to leave the laggage at the reception while waiting for the check in hours and they told us yes. When we arrived the reception was closed, we called the number on the door and a man told us he would come right away. We waited 40 mins for his arrival and he didn't even answer our calls in the mean time. When he arrived he was not friendly at all but we completed the check in right away since the room was cleaned in the mean time. He was off putting and unapologetic, not a very goodway of doing hospitality. Also, the room was directly on the street and there's a little window that doesn't have any blinders, if you wake up with light beware.

The location was perfect and close to everything in Chania city centre. The bed was comfortable and the facilities clean .

The bathroom did not have any window that we could reach and open which resulted in a lot of condensation when taking a shower. The one and only window was facing the front main road so unable to leave it open.

The location is great, very close to the old town, with many nice places to eat around. The room was clean and also cleaning service was provided every day.

The window in the bathroom could not be opened. The shower set was broken. There were no chairs in the room.

Friendly staff. Excellent location, walking distance from the centre of Chania. Clean room.

Noise. There walls were very thin and we could hear noise.

Great location between the Venetian harbor and Koum Kali Beach. The staff was amazingly sweet. Our kids loved them. Room was modern and spacious for our family of 5.

The beds were very hard.
