The excellent location and beautiful room combined with staff who could not do enough to assist really made this trip very special. Elia in particular could not do enough to help. She gave great recommendations for local restaurants and even booked them for us! She was so thoughtful and really wanted to make our trip totally idyllic. The location is ideal for exploring Chania (and further afield), and our room (101) had a gorgeous view from the balcony of the harbour so it felt like one could enjoy the Old Port from the comfort of the room! The room was spotless and the air con was up to the task of a Cretan August. Really could not recommend this hotel enough!

Excellent service - Elia was responsive and helped with all our requests, even helping to get a quote to ship the stuff i left behind. Property was by the waterside, which was amazing to wake up to, breakfast comes ala carte buffet mode, served fresh upon request. At the doorstep are multitudes of bars and restaurants. Room aesthetic is lovely, bed and pillows comfy. Aircon works extremely well, which is increasingly pertinent in heatwaves. A tad far from the main bus station (15-20min walk), but no issue if u take a taxi.

This property spared no technology, it have things state of the art and finesse !! the decor and design is amazing from the staircase to the view, it’s brand new, and so we’ll appointed, very quiet sound proof rooms. I wanted to live there permanently!!. the location well view, view overlooking the harbour class and comfort. outside bars cafes restaurants right there. the hostel Elia was so amazing don’t stay anywhere else this is the best

I have dietary requirements and Elia was very helpful organising the breakfast for me. She was also helpful organising taxis and recommendations to restaurants. The Riviera Suites is in a great location with excellent views and easy walking distance into the town or the beach.

These suites were absolutely amazing. The decor was so modern and beautiful. Prime location for the town. Walking distance to all the restaurants and bars. Elia our host was so helpful and friendly. She suggested so many amazing places to eat and visit. Would definitely come back here. Loved it!!

Absolutely nothing!

Loved the area. Gorgeous views to match the best room I've ever stayed in. Very spacious, with great facilities. Close to everything within Chania! The breakfast was mint but the highlight for me was the bathroom. Oh I could go on and on about it. Highly recommend.

Staff was excellent; Elia greeting us was very friendly and welcoming and room had bottle of wine waiting; Stefi for breakfast was very friendly and made wonderful breakfast; the location and view was stunning !!
