Location in just great, in the middle of the old town of Hania on pedestrian street. The appartment is spacious and confortable. Two big bedrooms with doublebeds, kitchen with facilities, livingroom and nice balcony. The appartment is furnished with stylish modern furniture with nice decorations. Everything is in walking distance. The only minus is that location is noisy, not traffic but bars. But if you are used to live in a city, it won´t be a problem.

Great little room in the centre of town, very clean and newly renovated. Great advice by the very hospitable owner on any questions we had about the town! Good shower, bed etc. Aircon etc were all working fine. We had a mini fridge with bottled water as well and daily cleaning/tidying.

Not so much dislike but just features... As with many old town properties, there was no lift so getting up narrow stairs with luggage was a little tough but we managed it. No proper wardrobe, but there was a rail with a few hangers. As this is very much the centre of town, it got loud on Friday night even with closed windows! Bring your earplugs if you're sound-sensitive!

The location is right in the centre of Chania Town, so close to lots of the top rated restaurants and only a 5 minute walk to the harbour. We also had a mini fridge that we could store our drinks in which was super helpful. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. They replaced our towels when asked and provided shampoo and conditioner at no extra cost. Such good value for money and would definitely stay here again.

Nothing! Saw some reviews about the noise but we didn’t have a problem with this, they provided us earplugs.

Trendy, clean apartment which even has a washing machine. Comfy bed. Excellent location. Contrary to many other guests reviews it was nice and quiet if you properly closed the door (I think they just upgraded the sound proofing). This was room 7... maybe others are different?

Alley leading to the place is a bit stinky in evening due to bins located in it. Staff had relatively poor English skills and low enthusiasm. Oddly they have a coffee machine but no milk! But you know, nothing major was wrong, it was an excellent place.

We had the first-floor apartment, it was excellent for sitting out on the balcony watching the world go by. It was an excellent location, there are great restaurants on the street and it is close to the supermarket. It is not far from the town beach which had some nice restaurants on it, however, we preferred to swim at Yannis Beach, which was a bit further around, but much nicer for snorkelling and took about 45 mins to walk (we have kids so it can be rather slow).

The bathroom was quite small and was right next to the kitchen. The bedroom at the back did not have air conditioning but is connected to the lounge with a glass door. Some other reviews complained about the noise, but we did not think it was too bad, yes you can hear people talking, but it was not particularly intrusive.

We were worried about the noise being a problem from the other reviews, but it did not bother us one bit and we slept great, despite being in a very busy and central area of the city, the rooms are very sound proof and we slept great! Not to mention the location couldn’t be better. Staff were very responsive and accommodating every step of the way. Loved the balcony with views of the minaret and bustling street below. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend!

Very central location, modern & clean room, nice little balcony with great views

As it is very central (small street without cars, only restaurants & bars) we knew it would be loud in the evening but it was in fact very loud until 4 am ( on a tuesday night)! I guess due to a party bar or club right next to the hotel. For one night out in the city the hotel is really perfect otherwise I would recommend to stay at an other hotel for more nights in order to be able to get some rest at night.

We had some light snacks provided by the host. One of the jars of honey was used already; so, I tossed it out. We walked to Monogram for fresh coffee, yogurt and breakfast cakes each morning. The location of the apartment is excellent for exploring the harbor and Old Town.

The restaurants and lounges right outside turn into a late-night hangout and the music is very loud, especially if you have young kids who go to bed by 9:30pm. We heard music until midnight to 3am most nights. If you rent a car, make sure it's a compact car as parking is tight and hard to find.

It is a fantastic location in the old town close to restaurant, bars, supermarkets etc. The apartment had a great ambience, on a pedestrianised street with the small balcony overlooking lively restaurants. It had two separate bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the living room. It was perfect for a family of four for four nights. There was a fantastic bakery (https://g.page/Glymidakissplantzia?share) two minutes walk away for coffee and pastries in the morning.

Clean en convient appartement in the heart of the old town in a street where no cars are allowed. We stayed one night with a family of 5 (kids 14,12 & 8) at the appartement the night we flew in from chania. It was already late in the evening when we arrived, but when we arrived the street of the appartement was alive and kicking. Many people outside eating in al the various restaurants. It was just a fantastic, charming en welcoming atmosphere. We were overwhelmed by the joy this place made us feel. Also the kids absolutely loved it. We found a great place to eat just a few meters from the appartement. We totally loved the convenient location of the apartement. We were tyhere in augustus so many greek people come to visit Chania, they also come to party. Very close to the appartement there was music and people dancing until 3 o clock at night. But it didn't bother is, since the atmosphere was so great. Also the kids slept very wel. Good beds and shower. WE didn't see the owners, but the communication was good en we had no problem finding the appartement and key. We would definetly recommend the accomodation.

We found the price a little bit on the high side, but still Ok.
