The size of the room was amazing The staff was super, sweet, helpful and patient. They even helped us with our pending laundary, they washed and dried it for us at no extra costs. Also gave us a lot of recommendations of things to do andp laces to visit nearby that really helped us plan our stay in Chania. The location was 10 minutes walking from the middle of all the business which was amazing Sea view and good balcony Very clean and modern bathroom Free coffee machine for access Air conditioning was a relief as the temperatures were very high during July. Very quiet neighbourhood. Got a free parking right in front of the property.

Price could have been slightly lower but I still can't complain much. No option for breakfast avaialble, although everything is nearby if you need. Sometimes parking can be a real hassle there, especially during peak season, but this is not the problem of the property per se.

The receptionist was extremely friendly and forthcoming, carried my suitcase upstairs to the room and answered any questions we had. The room was very spacious with a huge balcony. It was very clean/ pristine, and I loved the modern design. The reception is in an adjacent building to the actual hotel rooms, so when you enter the reception area, you’re thinking “oh-oh”. I can highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when I am in the area. The hotel is located within walking distance from the harbor/ restaurants, though it’s not in the “center of the center” (so at least you do have a chance of finding parking).

Staff was friendly and helpful. Cleaning daily. Room was clean and very spacious. Location was great, a short walk from Kapi Koum Beach and the waterside full of restaurants, bars, etc. Parking was free on the street but like all of Chania it gets busy in the evening and it is challenging to find parking in the evening.

Wifi was slow at times. Nearby is an outdoor event venue and at night (weekdays and weekends) there would be very loud noises coming from there which was disturbing and made it challenging for me to fall asleep (my partner did not have a problem falling asleep) - so only relevant if you are a light sleeper.

The hotel is well localised in Chania town, very close to fantastic restaurants, easy access to avenues and roads to drive to different parts of island, and there are several parking options to a walking distance. There is a supermarket two blocks away and small shops to buy your daily amenities. The room is very spacious for two people, the bed is very comfortable, and the shower has good pressure and hot water (but who needs hot water when travelling to Greece during high season in the summer?). And they have daily room service and the room every clean every single day. I forgot the name of the guy at the reception who helped us with everything we needed for, and he was a great person! I've booked the sea view room, and unfortunately, I couldn't see much of of the sea, but when flying my drone, I could get amazing shots. Some things to have in mind when staying here. It's not things I disliked, but it's important to be aware of: 1. During summer it's very hard to find a space at the hotel street to park, so get to know where the public parking lots are. 2. There's a street fair every Saturday, which takes the whole street and the public parking on the main avenue up on the street. So ask where would be the best place to park your car from Friday to Saturday. Important to highlight: we couldn't hear a single noise coming from the street fair as many other people mentioned on previous reviews, unless they slept with the windows opened! - *** Choices *** 3. The hotel doesn't have lifts, so you'll have to use the stair to get to your room. The guy at the reception offered me help with my luggage. 4. The air conditioning takes some time to lower the room temperature as the room is very spacious. It was taking around 30 to 45 minutes to adjust the room temperature. But, if the heat is a problem for you, I recommend to close all windows, turn the air conditioning and go take a cold shower! :-)

Super-located, modern with everything you need (small fridge, iron, terrace with sun beds (we had room 4), coffee machine, good shower, comfy big bed. Room was like a loft, high sealing, good airco, plenty of space. The host was very nice and welcoming, helped us to carry the luggage upstairs, explained everything, fixed immediately problem in the shower, was always there for us.

We were warmly greeted and told about the local area immediately including bus routes. The room was immaculate and cleaned every day. No noise in the room at night. The location was excellent. So close to the old harbour and its fantastic restaurants and bars. Our stay was just wonderful. We would definitely return.

Great location to parking and downtown. ATM close by. Food and convenience stores practically around the corner. Stelios was great! He made me feel welcome and was willing to help with anything I may have needed.

There wasn't an elevator so pack light if you choose the top floor suite. Worth the workout but if you have an issue with stairs it could be a problem.

Excellent location, 5 minute walk from Old Town. The host Stelios was available for queries when needed and was kind enough to help when there were issues. Room was cleaned every day and there was free coffee.

It was so romantic! The balcony was amazing and perfect for drinks and lounging in the evening! We even got to hear a Greek singer at the tavern not far away from our balcony!

Location is excellent. Very convenient in terms of getting to the port and old city. Not difficult to find, or to find parking. Room was massive, well-decorated, and clean. Because it is on the street (our specific room), the shutters were closed and it felt a little dark.

Just the darkness, not so solvable...
