It took me a long time to pick a hotel in Chania, and I'm the kind of person who second guesses every decision I make. But this was perfect! Don't hesitate to book this hotel. It was beautifully clean, and has every facility you could want. The bathrooms were gorgeous, the beds were comfortable. I paid a little more for the sea view, and that was an awesome decision. The view of the harbor is breathtaking, and the sunsets are out of this world. We enjoyed every breakfast we had during our trip, but the breakfasts at this hotel were spectacular. It was a full-service breakfast, with anything your heart desired, and my 22-year-old son never looked happier! The wait staff were honestly the nicest, most helpful we encountered anywhere. Obviously the setting was stunning too. Sitting on the terrace, looking at the harbor lighthouse really couldn't be any better. We were there in October, but clearly this is the quieter end of the strip. We found it peaceful but right in the heart of things, an easy walk to everything in town. The hotel staff went out of their way to help us with everything. They helped us rent a car, book, a trip, and managed to find us a room for an extra night which saved us a lot of hassle. They were just so helpful. If I were to take off half a star it would be because the room was tiny. It didn't matter to us at all, but if you need space, you might want a different room. On the last night we didn't have the sea view, which was fine, but my advice is to get a sea view! Stay here!

The hotel is in an excellent location right on the port of Chania old town. The view from our room was breathtaking. The town was buzzing & for us made our stay even more enjoyable. Our bed was quite large & comfortable. Bathroom was quite modern & shower quite spacious. The hotel itself is Venetian inspired & quite beautiful. Buffet breakfast was amazing. The staff quite friendly & quite knowledgeable. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed in a classic double room & was quite small. There wasn't much room to move around in especially when two suitcases takes up all the space. Water in shower would fluctuate constantly & made it difficult to set at a comfortable temperature.

The location is fantastic and the amenities are very nice. The rooms are a little tight (at least ours was) but they're well appointed. You get 2 free bottles of water every day, the front desk will loan you beach towels and a luggage scale if you need it. Breakfast was good and you can eat outdoors by the harbor. Our room had a mini-bar, coffee maker and hair dryer. Parking was easy enough to come by in their small lot out back.

The bathroom door was sliding glass and offered very little privacy/smell containment :p There was a smallish closet for clothes and that's it. No suitcase rack so if you're traveling with large suitcases one of you might need to keep it on the flor and live out of it.

Location on the old port was fantastic. My room overlooked old shipsheds, and was quiet. My co-worker had a sea view, and so there was a lot more noise floating up to her room. The room and bed were very comfortable and the shower was great. Perfect place to stay before and after our hike of the Samaria Gorge, and a good launch pad for exploring the old town of Chania. All was very clean and up to date, and I appreciated having cold bottled water available in the fridge.

Breakfast was good, but I wish that the buffet (especially coffee) was self-serve rather than from a menu. It would be more convenient to help ourselves.

Somehow, there was little incentive to eat Lunch/dinner in the hotel and the Bar was well staffed but seemed to have little atmosphere. Drinking from miniature bottles and eating snacks from a plastic box is not, in my opinion, likely to be rewarded by more customers

The location was right in the heart of the old port with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. On the day we hiked Samaria gorge they even packed us a breakfast/brunch box each so we didn't skip breakfast and could snack during the 16km hike. I'm a fan of craft beer and they have a selection available from the bar. The bartender spent some time with me chatting about the beer, flavours and where they were from. This was enjoyable. The room was comfortable and had a great view at night of the port (very romantic). Our rooms were made everyday and cleaned to a satisfactory standard. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

As long as you are aware and accepting that the hotel does not have a pool then you will be happy. We didnt need one as we were out and about everyday. We did find that some tours wouldn't pick us up from the hotels location and had to walk to a different hotel which was a little annoying.

Location is great. At the end of the Venetian harbour so a great walk to the busier side at night and then more peaceful at the hotel on return. The breakfast is fantastic both the hot and buffet offered is great. Very friendly lovely service.

The room (sea view room) is small so if you have a large suitcase it’s a bit hard to navigate.

Maria and Helen were very helpful during booking, also very welcoming. The central location of the hotel and the parking lot are a big plus. The aristocratic style of the hotel was pleasant. It was extremely clean. The view from the balcony rooms was superb. The room was large enough and ergonomic. The most obvious sign that they care about their customers was the black out curtains on the windows. Good design. I am impressed. They have a wide variety of options for breakfast and they serve it privately. (I didn't find the pastries very tasty.) Overall experience was very good. I hope to come again. Thanks ..

Amazing Views! Wow, we loved this hotel. Our room was bright and clean with a stunning seaview. The hotel is lovely and the location can't be beaten - right in the Port of Chania! We walked everywhere including to the beach with restaurants and bars at our doorstep. The breakfast was amazing - the best we had in our 4 weeks of travelling through Greece! Fresh, Delicious, lots of variety for food and drinks, all whilst sitting outside overlooking the Port, boats and amazing view. We appreciated their extra touch of packing us a breakfast pack when we had to leave early for a flight and were too early to have breakfast in the restaurant! Had we known what we were missing I would have booked a later flight! I would definitely recommend this hotel with a sea view room - you will not be dissapointed!

Pretty much everything - very friendly team that succeeds in creating a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, The rooms are nice with a breathtaking view of the Venetian Port. Not too big to be honest, but spacious enough to feel at ease. The á la carte breakfast is excellent, the best hotel breakfast I have had so far in Greece. Everything is prepared fresh - a welcome upgrade to any buffet breakfast. The location is hard to beat: in the city center, directly at the port, but 10 minutes away from the busy (and sometimes noisy) pubs and bars. The hotel restaurant is also a good option for dinner
