I recently had the pleasure of staying at Domes Zeen Chania and I must say it was an exceptional experience in every way. From the moment I arrived, the service was absolutely top-notch. The staff were incredibly polite, warm, and helpful, making me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. Whether it was the front desk or the restaurant team, everyone went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The hotel’s interior is stunning, with a perfect blend of modern elegance and cozy charm. The attention to detail in the decor was noticeable in every corner, from the lobby to the rooms. Speaking of rooms, they were spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean. And the food—wow! Every meal I had was delicious, from the breakfast buffet to dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. The variety and quality of the dishes exceeded my expectations, and the presentation was just as impressive.

Everything is great. From arrival to the rooms. We were lazy to leave the hotel but meals were good plus Beach restaurant changes menu everyday so it does not become boring. More importantly staff. Sophia , she is everywhere. Nathalia at the reception. Yorgos at the restaurant , he is following all the details. Agyris at breakfast. Very good idea, hôtel give information everyday about nice beach to visit next day according to meteo. Even though we did not move. Architecture is great. Hotel looks as if absorbed to the nature. Even rooms are close you have privacy.

I can not say we did not like but few things can be improved. -waiting time to have an outdoor table at breakfast -some of service staff are not very experienced. It can be organized better. Intention is there. I am sure it will get better. -minibar could be richer in choices even if there is roon service -minibar fidge was noisy in one of 4 rooms wr stayed

The food was great. The staff was incredible. The view from our room was fantastic. Loved having our own private plunge pool. The concierge was 10 out of 10 helpful - we missed a flight and she handled getting us new tickets with ease. Great place to stay in Chania, and lots of activities nearby.

I really loved this hotel - one thing to note though: the beach is essentially rocky (large round stones) so you will really require water shoes. It's very difficult to walk on. I still loved it but just note that it isn't sandy and it will kill your feet if you don't have flip flops or water shoes. That's the only reason I gave it a 9 - otherwise the hotel is perfect.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, truly superb. The reception / arrival is phenomenal, can’t think of a hotel reception view I like more. The facilities are great. The team are all lovely. Location to Chania old town is good, given it’s also a full service resort. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. You will not be disappointed. Special comments to Naya from Guest Relations who helped make our stay even more memorable.

Our room was large & spacious. Great aesthetic & well appointed. The staff are amazing. We checked in at midnight & had a plate of nibbles & cold cuts waiting for us in our room. The staff have local knowledge of the area & are very willing to provide great tips on places to eat & visit. Thank you Thodoris, Stratos, Edwardo, Christina, Constantina, Elpida, Stefanos, Katerina, Christos, Frissa, Marina & Stella for making us feel very welcome & looking after us particularly when I was unwell with a sinus infection during our stay. Nothings is too much trouble for you guys & you are all wonderful assets to Domes Zeen!

Service: Exceptional and warm-hearted staff ensured an unforgettable stay. Concierge Marina & Sophia are 100% Cuisine: Fresh and locally inspired flavors, elevating every meal. From the breakfast buffet, to the lunch delivered on the beach and the restaurant Enino, everything was good, even the room service. Ambiance: Tranquil oasis blending poolside serenity and beachfront beauty. It is a family resort. Spa: Transformative treatments and skilled therapists for ultimate relaxation. Had a CBD infused oil massage that was really nice. Recommendation: Eager to return, wholeheartedly recommended for unmatched hospitality.

Swimming pool with the room….. fabulous, great for laps, the bed !! Super comfy bed , the food was good, not amazing but good enough although breakfast was great … room overall was great 👍 grounds and layout was amazing ….gym was fun too… and staff were friendly and effective without overdoing things ….loved our stay

The beach … too rocky , needs some way to make it easier to use ….and the road to the hotel is interesting …. Otherwise everything is excellent

Nice property with very comfortable setting for families. The staff is attentive and they are trying to make your vacation as smooth as possible. I enjoy the privacy of the room and the little backyard with a pool. very nice design and perfect for young kids. The hotel is about 20 mins from Chania airport and 1hr driving to the most famous beaches Elafonis Balos and Falasarnna beach. There are supermarkets with walking distance and a 35 mins walk can bring you to the Crete old town. I will definitely come again.

just minor two things: 1. The dinner is charged with 5 eur for water. I don't mind paying that but one time we weren't served with any water. The other time we were only given 1/3 of a bottle. I'd say if you charge that, just give guests the full bottle worth. 2, The booking.com charge indicates the price is tax-included however I was charegd again when checking out for city tax per person per night. still contacting the hotel to figure out.

The property was beautiful, clean and staff was great! Super kind and attentive. Sofie helped us to plan our day and was very proactive. Breakfast was delicious and the private pool nice. An antigen test could be made right on the premise which was convenient. Rooms were very tasteful.

The location of the property was not very appealing and felt more like a back alley than a luxury resort. The private pool was unfortunately not private but neighbors and other tourists could look in. There was no front door to the room resulting in limited privacy (staff walking in on us when changing). Light switches in the room could be more intuitive. Overall very expensive for value.

exceptional staff: they remembered preferences after one encounter and always greeted you with smiles. if you expressed a particular like , say a food you particularly enjoyed, it was available the next meal. Food was outstandingly good. Nice wine list repping local product.

wasn’t as relaxing as anticipated due to large number of kids. We had envisioned a quieter stay. I want to emphasize all kids were well behaved and the resort does present itself as family friendly. Room lighting in bath not particularly good for tasks like applying makeup.
