Location is perfect on the beach. It was nice to go swimming, just less than one minute walk. Still peaceful because of timing/April.Seaview from the balcony was great.The hotel is very clean. It was great to have a filter coffee machine in our room.

Extra tax 7 €/day was charged (valid from 1.124). We should have been informed about it in advance. Our towels were changed every day. It is not environmental-friendly. It could be a notice on the wall that leave towels on the floor if you want them to be changed.

Very good location, walking distance of the Old Venezian Port city center of Chania. That's the best part of the Chania city center. You will love it at night.It's so calming and romantic to explore that old streets full of life,art and possitive vibes. Yes, this hotel is in Chania not in Kissamos!!! (Google maps showed me imediatelly Christina Beach Hotel in Kissamos & I went there believing my reservation is in Kissamos..😉 So check out for your address before you get a cab and go to the hotel. The cab cost me 50 euro from Chania to Kissamos for 40 km distance.) But actually I am glad my Christina Beach Hotel was in Nea Chora, Chania. This is the neiborhood where the locals go to enjoy fresh sea food and hangout by the small fisherman port of the city. So I was in the right place for me. There is a plenty of restaurants on the bordwalk where you can eat with a beautiful sea view away from the big tourists crowds. The beach in Chania is not the most beautiful I have been, but its a part of Christina's Hotel and its covinient if you do not wish to visit the really beautiful beaches around Kissamos. I really would like to visit Chania again and continue exploring this amazing city more. This hotel definately will stay as one my choices of stay in Chania.

Having to pay 10€ per day for sunbeds on the beach. Increased price of front row beds to €15 during our stay Pool area quite restricted with limited space for beds West facing balcony very hot in the afternoon/evening with no shade in the top floor rooms. Would benefit from some kind of awning/umbrella. Would appreciate a system for not having towels changed every other day. This was often unnecessary and could save both money and resources.

Location was perfect! Right on the beach and walking distance to Venetian Harbour. When we opened balcony door we could hear the ocean like it was right beside us. View was stunning! We had the studio room which was perfect for what we wanted and needed. We could of cooked in the room but chose not to (we were on vacation and don't cook :) on vacation). The bed was comfortable and we slept great! There is not a breakfast included with the room, but there are so many options close by to eat. There is a great bakery around the front on the street. Delicious! It was a great experience to walk out the front door onto the beach! There is a good beach bar at the hotel as well, and a snack bar to get food. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and Chania. I left a small piece of my heart in Chania. Loved it!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in May. The position is right on the beach with fabulous views over Christina beach and the water. There are plenty of very well priced restaurants along the beach front, and it was so nice sitting in one of these and watching the sunset. It is also a nice leisurely 25 minute walk to the old town along the water front. Our room was quiet, air conditioned, spacious and we had a large balcony with a spa, table and chairs and 2 deck chairs. It was very relaxing. The bathroom was well set out, although they had very limited toiletries. There is a small cook top, kettle and toaster and plenty of plates, glasses and cups to prepare at least your own breakfast. There is mini mart attached to the premises which sold just about anything you may need. The round bed took a little getting used to as well, and it was a more firmer bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free parking was also provided on site. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and I would stay here again. Recommend.

No shampoo, conditioner or tissues in the bathroom. There was no washing detergent or sponge in the kitchen which seemed strange. They supply all the self contained utensils but nothing to wash or clean them with.

Perfect location on the beach. Easy access into Chania along coastal route but away from the chaos of the harbour. Several excellent restaurants and bars on sea front without the need to go into town every night Great top floor spacious room with decent sized balcony and incredible sea view. Room updated from pictures on website. Sufficient catering for breakfast which is all we needed. Good quality bedding and towels, changed frequently. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room kept very clean. On-site mini market reasonably priced and good range of stock.

Tight space around the pool. Only 8 sunbeds and not in the sun for parts of the day. Pool lovely and clean although not very big. 2 Sunbeds and umbrella on the beach €8 for the day. Bed baggers out taking front row beds then leaving them empty.

The location was great, right in front of the beach. Cleanliness was superb with towels changed everyday. The jacuzzi on the terrace was a bonus but could be perfect if the walls of the terrace were made of glass instead of concrete to enable a perfect view even when you're in the jacuzzi. The hotel was so kind to allow us to stay in our room till we departed for the airport in the evening with a nominal fee of 30 euros. They even provided a cost free transfer to the airport.

Stray cats were roaming even within the compound, even in the bar areas which is terrible. The beach and restaurant area have also numerous cats which were very disrupting to holiday makers.

The receptionist was very kind and explained everything what I should know about the facilities. The room itself was just absolutely unbelievable. It even had a PC and two (yes, TWO) TVs. There is a kitchen with cups, knives, forks, bottle openers, frying pans, basically everything you would find in your kitchen. In the balcony you could see the whole Nea Chora beach, there are chairs with a table for a coffee in the morning with a brilliant sea view and sunbeds too. The beach is literally 10 meters away and if you decide to tan on the beach you won't need to pay for the sunbeds since you already live in the hotel, though be sure have a key card with yourself if needed to show if you're from the hotel. The location is quite central, only 10-15 minutes to the Old Town. There are good restaurants and bars near the hotel as well.

The views from the balcony were amazing. The beach, with umbrella's were right in front of the hotel. You could use them for a small charge. The pool was behind the hotel and there were many very good restaurants within walking distance to choose. The price was right to enjoy all of the amenities. We'll be back.

We had to take a long bus ride to Heraklion and stay one night there to be able to take the ferry to get to our next destination, which was Santorini. The bus was the best option we had to Heraklion as the taxi drive was way too expensive.
