The hotel is really lovely. The amenities and rooms are amazing. Rooms include little kitchenet, balcony and very spacious living room, as well as bedroom. The room service was daily and common areas for the guests were cleaned regularly. View from the hotel is amazing, however it's location is quite difficult to manage. Excellent value for money.

The food in the restaurant and pool bar was poor and expensive for its quality. We waited 45 minutes for bowl of chips, which costed astonishing 9 Euro. What we got was what look like leftovers chips, that were cold. I think the hotel is severely understaffed. The poor bar staff was struggling and almost in tears. This happened daily. They also should reconsider their processes and communication between the kitchen & waitresses.

- Views! - Service! Reception is top notch and thanks to Elena also very friendly - Restaurant with amazing views and perfect management! Food is really tasteful and organised in way that you have for example 2days greek kitchen, 2days china, 2days italy etc. So it is repetitive but not noticeable except breakfasts which are same everyday (but plenty to choose from!) - Kids play room with AC and toilet - Main pool with shallow water for babies - Kids water park is nice but for kids 8 above. Water is also a little bit colder and some of the waterguns do not work - Spacious rooms, clean feel and well equipped - Minimarket on premises till 23ish - Free sunbed on Gordona beach - For all-inclusive plenty of softdrinks, beer on tap, wine on tap, cocktails and snacks throughout the day!

- Stairs everywhere, so bear in mind if you are old or have difficulties. There are pavements and roads around to get to certain level of rooms but are steep. We visited with 2.7year old daughter with pram and managed without hassle - No shuttle service to nearest beach (10ish min walk downhill)

Very kind staff, they upgrated our room to a better one with sea view 😊 room cleaning was very good, towels and also bedsheets were changed every second day. There is market in the area of hotel. There is also beach bar Gorgona, where you can get some free sunbeds for hotel cuatomers. There are showers and toilets 🙂

What we really miss was that hotel doesnt provide pool towels, so you need to bring your own, and the same with hotel slippers. Also.. we had all inclusive but we didnt have included drinks at beach bar.

Excellent view, good pools, very family friendly and good service.

The hill that the hotel is located at is very steep. Very. It does however give an excellent view to weigh up the cons but for a family it can be quite the challenge for the smaller ones.

Everything was excellent!!The staff was very kind and helpful, the room and all the other areas in the hotel were very clean and the location was perfect. There was also a good variety of food and it tasted delicious!The view was unbelievable!Wherever i was either in my room or outside near the pool or at the restaurant, I could enjoy the breathtaking view!I really would like to visit this hotel again and again!

Everything was perfect!!I have not any comments to add cause i really had a great time in the hotel and a very satisfying summer experience. I have not any complaint to make not even any advice to give!

The pools were great and plenty to choose from. Breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from and the restaurant manager was super friendly and helpful, staff were wonderful. If you love cats there's plenty of cuties for petting. Option to use gorgona Beach for free was great.

There was some noise at quite a late time due to a group getting overly excited on one night. The larger pool filled up quickly.

Gorgeous hotel, stylish and clean, lots of pools to choose from and they were never too busy. Lovely views and it was close to beach but set back, feeling quiet and secluded. Great breakfasts and the restaurant had a great panoramic view.

Location was great, nice walk to the beach and brought us right by a great restaurant and other convenient shops. The view of the ocean from the room/private patio was awesome. Pool was wonderful and the staff were so kind

The view was stunning we had a garden view appartment and upgraded us to a sea view one ☝🏼 with no extra charge and no saying
