The room was much larger than expected, it was more like an apartment with a sitting area, dining area, kitchenette and two small bedrooms with doors. Not sure if this was an upgrade or if the room description was just lacking this description. The breakfast was also lovely, like a European style desayuno tipico set in nature on the backside of the property with a very natural background, making us forget we were in the city.

The location was a bit far away from stores and restaurants and in a gated-community. However, both Ubers we called, were able to find us quickly and efficiently.

The location was in a secured area. The room itself was quite large with a sitting area and dinning area. There was natural light coming from the ceiling which made it bright without the use of light bulbs. Also, the property had hot water which was important to me.Breakfast was also free. I like the fact that they called me to remind me the times for breakfast.

Nothing much except that the property had stairs and I was put in the 4th floor. I had ankle surgery so it was my fault that I didn’t notify them to put me on the lower level with no stairs. But the staff helped carry my luggage up the stairs to my room so I was happy.

We liked the fact that the rooms were like entire apartments, and breakfast was included and even delivered to the room upon request. The hotel is inside a gated community, so it is a very safe location. We loved how the hotel is built like you discover something new each time you explore it. And it is pet friendly as well , we were traveling with our dog.

The property is a bit far from the nearest stores, so you need to take a taxi or drive to get to shopping, but it is only 5 minutes away by taxi from the Oakland Mall. The only other thing was the parking garage is not accessible to our car because the ramp to get into the garage was too steep and scraped the bottom of the car when we tried going down it, so we ended up parking on the street. This is not a big issue, because the whole neighborhood is inside a gated community, so street parking is safe.

The very safe location in a secured and very quite area. You can obly hear the sound of the nature. The breakfast was eeady made for you. Comfortable beds and warm water shower. Check-in/out very quick. The lady at the reception was very helpful and kind.

I checked in after midnight as my flight was delayed and had to ring the door bell 3x until someone opened.

I loved everything about this place. It’s in a quiet green location in a gated community. My room was super cozy with lots of local decorations. There are terraces looking into a lush green wall of trees so it feels like being on a retreat in the mountains. Everybody was very friendly and helpful amd the breakfast was good, several options to choose from. Very charming place with authentic atmosfere.

Things are a bit old and I thought it was a bit overpriced.

First off local breakfast was amazing. They cleaned the room daily. The room had a seating area, two extra beds (one futon), a porch overlooking a green belt and friendly staff. I chose the location based on local breakfast and I extended my stay by 3 days.

Bed was harder than I prefer.

I stayed here for one night before flying out. It was my favorite accommodation I stayed in in Guatemala. The building is very unique and has lots of character. The room was spacious and well-furnished, fastest Wifi I found in Guatemala, good breakfast, and located in a safe gated area of Zona 10, staff was helpful and attentive. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Guatemala City.

Sometimes there is a slow moving line of cars waiting to enter the gated neighborhood, it can add a few extra minutes when you take an Uber to/from this property.

Breakfast was delicious and I love that I had options to choose from. The staff was super nice. I also liked that I had a kitchen and a lot of appliances in my room.

Honestly, everything was great. The only things that could maybe improve is to have a sheet that is clearly displayed somewhere in the room that says the wifi and password (I forgot to ask for it at check-in, and it was already midnight so I couldn't ask anyone). Also to have the staff specify at check-in which water is hot and which one is cold in the shower - I thought "h" was "hot" and "c" was "cold" so I took a super uncomfortable cold shower thinking that the hot water wasn't working, just to realize later that "h" was probanly for "helado" and " c" for "caliente".

Great value in a very quiet area. Special mention for the personnel, really helpful and nice. They made my experience particularly positive. My room was extremely spacious, with a fully equipped kitchenette.

No water filter in the room, not the best wifi, at least during my stay.

Breakfast was delicious and prompt, and it was great to have a room downstairs away from the rest of the guests. The location is wonderfully located away from city traffic and noise. The decorations and views from various locations around the hotel are beautiful. The staff was very helpful, welcoming and courteous.

Our bedroom was away from sunlight and smelled a bit musty. It was fun to see the collection of books until I looked and saw that many of them were moldy/mildewy and stuck together.
