very nice staff, very nice room, good eateries nearby, we got a very quiet room even though some nights the hotel was very busy so thank you to the front desk.

It's a little far from the luas to walk if the weather is bad, The entrance is very difficult to find on arrival - we passed it twice due to aggressive drivers behind us - the turn is sharp and we'd passed the hotel sign almost before we'd seen it - then we couldn't turn back because of the one way system (but this is probably the Council's fault). It would be great if you could signpost it because the Maldron is much clearer.

Modern spacious hotel with free onsite parking. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Hotel restaurant was good and there was also a large restaurant adjacent.

Bathroom lighting was poor; your face was in complete shade in front of the mirror, and there was also a frosted window into the bedroom which let light through, so it was not possible to use the bathroom at night and keep the bedroom dark. Shower head was a bit awkward, as there was a shelf between the end of the bath and the wall with the shower head. It was quite a drive into town (and parking in Dublin centre was 5 EUR/hour), and it was a good 15 minute walk to the public transport if you didn't want to drive.

This hotel is in a great location with easy access to many areas in Dublin. The staff were incredible with my late check-in and when my bag was misplaced at the airport, they gladly accepted it on my behalf when it was finally delivered to the hotel, and they brought it straight to my room. Rooms were very clean and have all the basic needs covered. Vending machines on all floors were great to have as a late night option, and the bar food tasted fantastic, especially the duck and the burgers. All the waiting staff in the bar were excellent too. Overall, my family and I had a great experience in this hotel and we will definitely come back. Underground parking was another plus!

Nothing to fault in this hotel!

Staff were welcoming, enthusiastic and very helpful, especially at reception. Room was clean, well proportioned and comfortable. Wake up call provided and free car parking facilities available late into departure day. Bathroom & shower facilities, hairdryer, ironing board, hospitality facilities, all perfect.

The room was a too warm through the night with no AC. Very manageable by opening window, just an observation. The restaurant was a little adhoc with staff moving from table to table and not attending others. Food was enjoyable,

The room was very large and all the fittings and facilities were excellent. We enjoyed that there were good tea and coffee making facilities. The location is close to the motorway, which was ideal for us as we were needing to go to the ferry terminal in the morning.

There was a large light in the carpark that, even though we were on the third floor shone into our room in a very uncomfortable way. There was lots of parking but on the day we left, in the outdoor parking there was evidence of a possible break-in to a car. We were OK but wished we had parked int he underground parking.

Lovely hotel, friendly helpful reception staff. Easy parking. The bedroom had everything you could need, lots of wardrobe space, a well filled tea and coffee station and even a couple of biscuits. Shower was powerful and they provided robes and slippers which was a lovely touch. It’s very close to a petrol station and shop. I would definitely stay again should I need a hotel in that area.

Was disappointed the bar closed so early. We were out at a conference all day and by time we got back to the hotel the bar staff were cleaning the bar for closing. There was 4 staff behind the bar and plenty of people around quietly enjoying a drink. Maybe they could look into keeping one staff member on and keep the bar open a little later or even so you could bring one to your room - we couldn’t have this option either as they had cashed up and as we booked through booking.com we were told we couldn’t charge one to the room! It’s a hotel just off the motorway in Clondalkin so there’s no where else to go for a drink at 11pm that is in walking distance on a Thursday night.

Breakfast could have been better. Fruits were rotten in fruit salad and we had to bring it to notice with managing staff who confirmed that fruits were not edible and smelled bad. They eventually took it off the buffet for everyone, so thanks to them for listening to us. No complimentary water bottles were given with room (was a surprise as details on Booking.com mentioned that it will be provided) Toilet flush wasn't working properly, you had the push the flush deeper with both hands for full water to come out.

Excellent facilities and very comfortable hotel.

Live music on Saturday night in the main bar which was very busy although that was fine we sat in the main lobby area with the the TV blaring out a tribute to Sinead O’Cornor so it was difficult to hear either properly and very loud. Trying to get a taxi from main reception was difficult. The first day we were forgotten about and the second day the receptionist couldn’t order one via the App so left us to it, saying she couldn’t help. Not great customer service.

Hotel was perfectly located for our trip to Dublin. Positives room was clean bed very comfortable shower very powerful.

Negative. There is obviously an issue with the heating in the rooms. This was not mentioned at checkin but became obvious when we retired for the night. Room was quite cold but thermostat read 25c but I noticed a mobile storage heater was already in the room to compensate for the heating not working properly. I didn't calk reception I put the heater on which heated the room sufficiently. I had planned to address it on check out but the desk was very busy and I was I'm a rush to get on the road

Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We arrived very early as we were spending the day at Bloom. It was way to early to check in however there was no issue leaving the car and bags at the hotel which we really appreciated. Room was great size for a family, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice between cooked breakfast and continental style choices. Location was really good, as Bus and Luas is about a 15 min walk away which brings you straight into town. Would highly recommend, and intend to stay here again next trip.
