The colourful design. Beautiful crazy art work. The quirky concept of the bunk for my girl The rituals shower products. And the fab shower Very comfy bed .
How tight the room was for 3 people. It was quite difficult when we were awake. The desk was tiny. And such little space between the end of the bed and the wall wardrobe Also not been able to open a window was difficult. My husband woke up very hot. Used a hand held fan (luckily i brought it with me) and a cold face cloth. Despite the quirkiness of the hotel and the novelty of the bunk. We could not consider staying again. The room was too tiny for three and ridiculously expensive. Don't plan on returning as a family again.

Lounge area was comfy and was nice to bring our fish n chips take away order back and relax in the lounge with the drinks we ordered from their bar. Although rooms were tiny, we knew that as the pics were a pretty accurate representation of what to expect. We walked everywhere, so location was great for us. Restaurants in the area were excellent. Smithfield’s pedestrian square was active with festivals of local Irish music.
The hallways were noisy at night with doors that echoed through the hallways. Room was pretty warm even with the temp controls set low.

Construction on the street outside the hotel was ongoing and could be heard as we walked to the hotel from the Liffey. I thought this would be horrible and noisy experience, but the hotel seemed sound proof. Excellent. The hotel staff allowed us to lock our luggage away due to our room was not ready to occupy. The waiting area also had an outside courtyard with furniture for additional relaxation. The hotel was in a very short walk to public tram, a few pubs/food and a take away fish & chips. The rom was small, but modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom also was modern, and fixtures worked easily and plenty of hot water. The Beds were very comfortable after a long flight and walking around Dublin. Very nice experience.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. We had an accessible room and it was brilliant. Immaculate and clean. Beds made everyday. The toiletries were my favourite. I use them at home so they were fantastic. Absolutely loved our 3 nights away child free just me and hubby. The staff were great and super helpful. There were 2 members of staff who made our stay. One older guy with a balled head who was at breakfast service. He was fantastic. Super friendly and welcoming. And another guy who was always at the bar when we arrived back for a night cap. He made me the most amazing hot chocolate and when I went back the second night he remembered me and it was lovely. Location is perfect. Out of the hotel and a short 3 minute walk onto the main canal strip. Short 15/20 minute walk to the Guinness museum. Amazing hotel. Will definitely stay again. Thank you x

Nice location and one of the staff members, the Bartender, went above and beyond to help my family find a local doctor on the first day of our trip. Sadly I didn't get his name but he was wonderful and deserves a raise. He was caring, smart, and can quickly think on his feet. Room was unique and clean and had everything we needed. The same bartender helped us find a taxi the next morning.
The front desk clerk was more interested in chatting up a customer she knew, who was behind us in line, than she was helping us check in. Later, when asked for help finding a doctor, she suggested going to the ER but advised that it would take hours of our time. She gave the impression that our questions were an inconvenience, and we felt she was unwilling (or maybe just lacking the knowledge) of other care options available in the area. Double room with bunk bed was small. The smallest we stayed in our whole trip. There were 3 adults. Good thing we like each other. Super cozy.

The beds were really comfortable, the bathroom was clean and decent sized. The Rituals products in the shower are a big plus! The hotel is quite new and modern. The room was all we needed for our 4 day stay. We slept really well. The surroundings of the hotel offer great food for breakfast, lunch and dinner! And just about 15 mins walking to some of the best pubs in town.
The rooms are quite small. We had a twin room and the 2 beds made up most of the space. The table and chair doesn't really serve much. You'd have more space if it was absent. 1 of the mattresses had a big dark stain on the side. The staff in the lobby could be more friendly and welcoming. The vanilla scent in the lobby was a bit too strong

Excellent hotel, great location in Dublin. The room was a bit small, but the bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. The shower was spot on and the room and bathroom were clean. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Everyone I spoke was great. They also let me check in a couple of hours early when a room became available, which they didn't need to do, so they really care about their customers. Nice little bar in the place too.
I thought it was a little bit on the pricey side, but there was a concert on in KIlmainham that night. I can't fault the location, room or the staff. That is the only small complaint I have, and this certainly would not deter me from booking the Hendrick again.

Breakfast at 12 euro was enough. Location fantastic for Guinness storehouse, st Patrick’s, Christ church, Dublin castle, Jamieson distillery all very close and an easy walk. just walk on Hendricks side of river. Quite a long walk from the temple bar district and the opposite side of the Liffey river from Hendricks full of drug addicts felt very unsafe so make sure you cross the river at bridges close to temple bar district
Hotel and location excellent. Food options ok but can see that dining in Smithfield is improving.

Great location. Staff were super, I was staying in Dublin to do exams and the staff couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. The bar man was wishing me good luck as I left for each exam and always made sure my water bottle was filled. When you are away from home and doing exams/ trying to study these things make the world of difference and I really appreciated it. Definitely would stay again and really recommend.
The rooms are small but good quality for the price and cleverly designed. The bed did however only have one sheet covering the mattress, I would have liked if there was a mattress protector or fitted sheet etc.

It is very walkable to the City Centre. The room was small but comfortable and very clean. The staff were helpful and the lobby seemed like a cool place to relax. There is a bar downstairs and you can order snacks.
The price was particularly high due to a popular concert in the city the same night, which is aggravating for folks just passing through. So we paid around $250 for one night, but most other places were over $400. Breakfast was not included in that price and coffee was available only for purchase in the morning.
