Clean and easy to get to

Our next door neighbour was smoking constantly despite the hotel being a non smoking property. When flagged to reception they told us the smoke comes from the street below even through we witnessed our neighbour smoking. The room stank of cigarette smoke and weed our entire stay

The hotel was noisy at night

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Rooms were spacious and beds comfy.

I paid for a birthday package for our son’s 21st. There was a banner laid on one of the beds and a slice of cake. It was advertised as “banner, balloons, a birthday cake and a card”. When I asked at Reception, I was told that balloons are no longer offered and shouldn’t be on the website. The banner had creases and stains on the back and had clearly been used many times before. For €25 I thought it was a complete let down. We were offered a free drink at the bar as compensation. Room was very warm despite the heating being off.

The hotel has a relatively good location, being about 20 minutes' walk from the Temple Bar area.You can also reach several important points in Dublin relatively quickly on foot.

I specially rented a room in this hotel because it had a balcony. I am a smoker and I thought I would be able to smoke on that balcony. Unfortunately, smoking is prohibited on the balcony. At least on the first evening (December 31, 2023) the room was very cold. In general, the temperature in the hotel is low. The heater only heated up in the morning starting at 7:00. And only for a little while. The breakfast is good and relatively rich, but it is very crowded. I waited in line to get in for breakfast. If you order a fresh porridge, it takes over 20 minutes to receive it.

The location is great, next to the tram. I left my mobile phone behind by accident in our room and the staff were great about making sure I got it back. Leanne on the front desk was particularly helpful. There is a lovely pizza restaurant around the corner and Delaney’s pub next door has some real Dublin charm about it. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice. Really enjoyed the stay there.

Room was facing a blank wall of another building. When we stayed there before we were looking onto the square and it was lovely.

Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in! Especially for the price; great value for money, excellent location, amenities, view was incredible, staff were helpful. I wish every hotel was like this one! Easy walking distance from sightseeing, nice little shop down below, lots of different restaurants around Smithfield and cafes. You don’t need to go far in the evening for a safe, great night out! Bed and linen were so comfy and the bath was incredible! A box of chocolates and water on arrival in the room. We were given vouchers to get free drinks at the bar, so sweet of them! Breakfast was amazing, so much variety and delicious quality foods. The kind hotel was able to keep our bags before checking in and after check out so we could still wonder about without having to carry our luggage with us. Honestly a superb experience, thank you so much!

My partner didn’t like how low the shower head was. Would be nice to offer customers glasses or pots of milk they can buy to take into the rooms for the tea and coffee as the little carton of milk is far too little.

Location with absolutely perfect so many places to eat doctors next-door supermarket next-door amazing would definitely recommend anyone stay there

When I arrived and booked in, I went to my room and the room was cold. I asked them how to turn the heater on, and I was told that it was regulated by time I was there and asked if I want to little portable heater I said yes without the portable heater that room would’ve been cold most the time I was there the time teacher came in late in the afternoon. I didn’t really blow much air so I wasn’t too happy about that. That was the only negative thing about the whole room.

I was in room 103. I arrived very late due to flight time around 2 am. The staff was very kind. It was great to see a friendly face when you are that tired. The room was immaculately clean. I love the set-up of the lighting. I could turn the ones I do not need off. I love the bin separation system. Having the iron in the room was great. I had an early morning for work and could do my ironing without looking for a laundry room. I stayed an extra night after my first two nights. The registration staff was kind. I was left in the same room, which saved me packing time. The cleaning staff were great. They were accommodating when they came in and very friendly. OMG, the bed texture was perfect. The sockets' locations were just on point at the right places.

No shower cap and house slippers. The bathroom floor is too cold to walk without slippers. Wearing my travel shoes definitely would constitute grave danger on the tiles. My hair is kinky and can't be washed daily, nor can I use a blow dryer. So, a shower cap would be lovely. I came with mine, but there might be others with similar needs. Separating bins is excellent, but please, the bathroom one for soiled waste is too small to take the soiled waste. Thanks for the opportunity to stay at your hotel

The hotel is in a nice quiet area with easy access to the tram that will take you anywhere you want to go in Dublin. There are lots of good restaurants to eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner at within 5 mins walk, and also a grocery store at the entrance of the hotel. The room got a bit warm during the day, but they have a fan that can easily circulate the air with the windows open at night. It's in a safe area, and was very pleasant to visit Dublin.

There isn't much to complain about as long as you read the hotel description and look at the pictures. It's a rather basic hotel, but perfect for a short city trip.

Beautiful modern hotel. Very clean and comfortable with a great city view and access to balcony! Underground car park on backside of the hotel. No breakfast. Wonderful spacious family size room. Would stay again when in Dublin.

Car park on backside of hotel is very hard to access with a mid-size SUV. It was designed for economy cars. We were suppose to be charged the hotel rate but got charged full rate!! Hotel should have given us a discount card or code but they didn't. We were in a rush to get to the ferry by 7:30am so no time to go back up to the desk. That was the only bad experience. Everything else was excellent!
