it’s a nice property, rooms are nice and staff are generally helpful when asked and I would stay here again

in the restaurant the food is good but the service is not the best. not rude, very nice in fact but just not attentive at dinner and at breakfast, when you get to the point of going over to a waiter to get a drink it’s not good. I’ve stayed before and the quality of breakfast isn’t as good as I remember, food wise. they should also invest in some more moody lighting. for evening meal I felt like getting my phone torch out to see it. the shower was a bit of a dribble which wasn’t in keeping with the room, which was very nice.

Asked for a quite room as previous week at different hotel I had room backing out onto motorway so had to close windows and then got sweltered during night. The address gave me as requested and rooms spacious and clean. Windows open all night and could hardly hear anything outside. Restaurant was excellent and staff very welcoming. Had a few laughs when drinks not available but they were more than happy to get alternative.

Few night some items not available but this is world we live in at minute , delivery of some products is taking longer than advertised so don't think this was hotel problem.

Modern and fit for purpose. Meets expectations. Staff very helpful.

Fresh cups at breakfast were noticeably dirty. Not cleaned by any mechanical means as numerous ring stains evident. Scrambled eggs ran out at service table and fried eggs were not an option. Whilst Ireland Rugby won the Cup, am afraid hotel hit the post. Best of luck in the future.

The concierge team were absolutely stellar. Cian, Rita and Eve are gems through and through! They were incredibly helpful, went the extra mile and are paragons of excellent service.

Its name is quite odd: The cab driver asks “where are you going” - The Address “what’s the address?” - It a hotel in Citywest “okay, so we’re going to Citywest, but what’s the address” - mate, I just said, it’s a hotel. I felt like I was in a “Who’s on first” skit in real life.

Really relaxing atmosphere would recommend it to any couple looking for a relaxing break 👌, bycthe way there's a good chance i left my crome stick in the room i would really appreciate at phone call or email if there's any chance it was found by any cleaning staff thanks for everything very grateful

I have no complaints at all sorry

Room very good, just a little bit noise due to the motorway. The breakfast was good even if not so varius. The undergound car park was very big also in car spaces.

The breakfast start at 8:00 AM. In my opinion 07:00 AM is the best start time for an hotel breakfast.

Was greeted by very friendly helpful staff at checkin. We booked a standard double room and it was very big compared to some other hotels. Room wasn't too warm or cold. Had read reviews about possible noise next to motorway but we never noticed this. Great food and friendly staff in the restaurant. Good selection at buffet breakfast the next morning.

Nothing.

Friendly, welcoming staff, room nicely designed and very clean. Tea & coffee facility in room a good addition, floor to ceiling windows gives a great comfortable light.

Shower head fixed into the wall and low water pressure makes it hardly usable especially for tall people. Thats the only downside i could mention.

Great hotel, comfortable beds, excellent staff, very easy to find.

Room was just a little chilly and had trouble getting hot water in the shower. Not impressed with their 'card only' policy but we were fore warned by the management so we were prepared.

The breakfast for one to our room was 20 euro which I thought was highly expensive especially considering we had spent 360 euro for the room.

It was quite noisy.
