The apartment was extremely well equipped - everything had been thought of to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The kitchen had extras like washing up liquid & cloth, dishwasher tablets and tea towel, coffee, sugar, salt sachets etc as well as appliances like microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, hob and plenty of crockery and cutlery. The bathroom was clean and the towels were super large and soft. I was very pleased with the shower - a good spray and enough room to turn around in! I had a double bed which could have slept 3 easily - it was huge and really comfortable. The apartment had plenty of hanging space, hangars, an iron and ironing board and the place was lovely and warm. I appreciated the amount of space in the living area with a tv, a small settee and a sofa bed as well which I didn't use as I was just one person. The apartment was in a great location - easy walking distance to Christchurch, Kilmainham and the Guinness storehouse. I think this apartment was perfect!

We stayed in room 18 on the second floor. This is an end room that has two sides and a main window overlooking churches and a road junction. Great location. Reception desk manned 24Hrs but I think this is because the digital pass main door access was broken so you had to be let in. The location is perfect to commence your Dublin stay with a trip to the Guinness Storehouse... 11min away. The best and oldest Dublin pub the Brazen only 5 min walk and Temple Bar 12 min away. The hotel looks to have had some renovation . We noticed workman (looked like painters and plastered) coming and going through reception but at no other time did we see or hear them. Great rooms and amenities . Very comfy huge beds. supermarkets, cake shops and pubs all easy reach.

The only way to speak to reception was to go down and see them but often they are occupied with other guests or you can WhatsApp them but this can be complicated as English is not their first language and so you can spend excessive time explaining issues. The main issue we felt was the road noise. The double glazing was poor and triple glazing may solve but it is a very busy road 24/7. A room at the rear would simply face another building / apartment directly opposite which affects privacy so the front is still preferred but maybe a top floor next time. Neither of these issues however affected what was still an enjoyable stay.

Superb location, very good facilities suitable for a family of 4/5 to enjoy being in Dublin and yet be able to have meals in house when needed. Location allowed us to walk to all we wanted to get to. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment when we only needed one but it was nice to have more space.

1. Dishwasher was not provided in the apartment though it was indicated so in the booking. Water pressure was low in the bathroom and the bathroom shower handles needed to be checked as it was not working well.

Good and safe location very close to the centre and a grocery store within 2 mins of walking, Good sized room fully equipped with everything we needed including coffee machine and capsules, Cosy decor, Easy way of setting the temperature and the room was very warm which was very welcome in December, Comfortable beds and bedding, Very friendly and attentive staff, Easy, fast and uncomplicated check-in and check-out

Main issue was the noise from other guests. There was a bunch of drunkards on our level who kept shouting in the hallway and kept slamming doors late at night. There were lots of signs everywhere saying quiet hours are between 10pm-7am, but this wasn’t respected by some guests. Wish staff would do more checks and enforce these rules, as this can be really annoying. There was also some mold in the bathroom, mainly in the shower and on the ceiling. Windows could be better, as our room was facing the road. Personally I am not bothered by traffic noise but others might be.

The apartment was spacious and clean. They were able to accommodate my request for bed configuration change very quickly (from double to twin). The staff at reception was very friendly and helpful. There were some complimentary coffee capsules and tea available. They lent me a power adapter for sockets for free! They offered to keep our luggage before checkin and also kept it after checkout.

There was quite a noisy street with a lot of traffic. It is completely fine that churches chime, however to chime for over 1 hour non-stop on Sunday morning that is a bit too much :)

Nicely refurbished appartment with good quality beds. Walking distance from most places of interest. Clean and big appartement. The staf was very kind and helpful. They also helped us with tips for places of interest

Some of the refurbishment finishing could have been better. Shower had low flow and was a bit shaky. The beds where of very good quality, but the cautch bed was not very comfortable

The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful with everything; really very pleasant, I can't fault them. Good communication in advance of stay. Greeted upon arrival and able to store bags in advance of check in. Great breakfast recommendation provided upon arrival. Really nice touch with the couple of freebies in the apartment. Easy walking distance to Lidl (5 mins along a straight road, passing by a Tesco Express as well. Ignore Google maps which kept sending us to the back of the store). Nice view out of the window/balcony and nice shared outside-area on top floor. Around a 7 minute walk from the Merchant's Quay bus stop where the Dublin Express stops (route 782)

5 people staying so would have been nice to have 5 chairs in the dining area (but would have been a squeeze so I can see why they didn't) I think it's always the case that there's never enough space to hang bath towels when multiple people are staying in an apartment, so a drying rack/radiator airer would be great. The staff were more than happy to provide extra towels but a re-usable drying rack is possibly better for the environment.

We liked this place so much so we decided to book it again a week later to spend our last night in Dublin. It is centrally located to museums and nearby attractions so we just walked to everywhere. Multiple tram/busses are nearby and convenient if you prefer to use that. I love that the key-less entry access (using your phone to unlock entrance and apartment doors). We were staying in the same room and noticed that some of the minor issues that we mentioned during our previous stay have all been addressed. This is a service that everyone should be looking for.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble for them. We were very fortunate after a 5.55am flight to be offered an early check-in upon arriving to drop our bags off. We entered the apartment and to our astonishment, it was a 2 bed whereas we had booked a 1 bed. We had panoramic views of Christchurch, which were great.

Window seal broken in the dining area which lead to quite a draught.

Very clean, spacious appartament in the heart of Dublin. We (4 adults) stayed only for 1 night but this appartment had everything for longer stays easily. The shower was also great which is not always the case in Ireland. Parking costs 14€extra per day and it is short walking distance away from the hotel. The staff was very kind! All in all this has everything you are looking for and I would definitely recommand this to family&friends.

Everything was perfect. It was a bit pricey (270€ + 14€ parking) per night but comparable to other prices in town.
