From check in to check out was amazing . Me and my fiancé we just had an amazing time! Room was fantastic! Very clean we don’t know who normally cleaned it but we’ll done ! Breakfast was so delicious wished I could fit more food 😞. Everything was so fresh and just amazing ! Lovely 2 Chinese lady’s on breakfast always smiling and so polite and professional ! Also Emily that really helped us by allowing us to take takeaway breakfast , because we booked a day trip away, we had a flight at 5 am and we would miss breakfast, so that was very nice of her. Dinner was just so amazing ! I wish we could just stay there forever ! Amazing cocktails (they do amazing non alcoholic drinks) big thanks for the waiter that normally served us and I think to the restaurant manager (we think sorry we didn’t see ur name) that was very accommodating and also offered us a complementary Christmas cocktail (that we think it was because of the wait… something on the 3 day was just strange….. they looked like they didn’t know they had to serve us 😐 and that’s why it toke us almost 4hours to actually finish our mean . But anyways ). thanks once more, for the cocktail , he loved it so much he had to have 2 cocktails the next day hahaha . Fantastic pool amazing staff . Thanks so much we loved Ireland and all the amazing people that served us and made our holiday the best ever!

Lady that checked us in wasn’t as welcoming. 3 day of our dinner we only waited 3hours and a half to finish our 3 course meal that normally would take us and hour and so.

The bedroom was pleasant with very comfortable bed and pillows. The staff in the restaurant are excellent and very attentive, especially Myhae, I hope I have spelled her name correctly. The pool is small but nice and the jacuzzi is very relaxing, changing room are very clean.

On just one instance, the receptionist failed to alert us that one of our taxis had arrived, and informed us that when questioned that missing the taxi was our own responsibility. Fortunately we were able to flag down a passing taxi and get our family member to the train on time, despite this negative interaction. On the next occasion Felipe at reception ordered our taxi, gave us the taxi driver's details and also kindly informed us that the driver had arrived, which was very positive and efficient.

This is our 2nd time staying in Kilmainham. We brought our little dog again and as always we all felt very warmly welcomed by the lovely helpful staff. The room was spotless, so comfortable, loads of tv channels, (important with 2 teens), the bathroom had a shower and a bath with another shower, again spotless. Safe, discounted parking. Delicious breakfast with a massive choice and lovely staff. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough, would stay here every time I come to Dublin! 5 stars!

I had contacted the hotel in advance about booking for a meal for New Years Eve. I was told that l didn't need to book that we would be able to get dinner once we were guests. I was disappointed that we had to sit at a low table for dinner. I was not happy about this because l did not want to have to lean forward to eat my dinner but that's what we had to do. The main part of the restaurant with dinner tables was mainly empty but l was informed it was completely book up. This did ruin our stay especially as l wanted my adult children and myself to have the best New Years Eve ever

Stunning entrance with beautiful Christmas decorations. Friendly staff. Spacious room with comfortable beds. Lovely big shower and lush toiletries! Good water outlet in pool to practise resistance swimming. GF options and delicious porridge at breakfast.

Coffee machine with only 1 chocolate for 2 people and no instructions. I was totally overheated but had no idea there was temperature control...again, no instructions! (It was a matt black box I didn't even notice). No information in room about pool, breakfast times etc etc.... saw 1 couple arrive 10.30am after breakfast had been virtually cleared away! Said they thought they were told 10am..... people forget or misheard so please make it easier

The Hilton Kilmainham is just fantastic! The Christmas decoration is so beautiful, the staff very welcoming. Breakfast is just the best, couldn't ask for more! The choice is just huge and there is something for everybody. We also love the scent when you come into the hotel. Another highlight of course is the pool, used it every morning after breakfast. The location for us is perfect as well, as my mum lives just around the corner. And a visit to the jail is a must if you stay there. We had another great stay at the Hilton, we will be back!

We were able to take our dogs (for an extra fee). The hotel was beautiful. Bssic room was spacious, well presented and equipped. There was a small fridge in the room, coffee machine (pods) and kettle for tea. Very large tv, seating area and narrow desk. Fabulous shower and bathroom. Top class. Their restaurant and room service menu looked good and reasonably priced, and there were also restaurants/pubs within a 5-minute walk. Breakfast was outstanding. It is next to Kilmainan Goal and Phoenix Park -- a perfect place for the dogs to run. They validated our ticket for free parking. I only wish we had more time to enjoy the facilities.

Hotel was very clean and staff were polite and always happy to help. the breakfast was really good and everything seemed so fresh. a good location for me and my colleagues on some business.

the room i was given was not great, single bed, uncomfortable and the bathroom was tailored for a person with low mobility. As the price was expensive, including the breakfast and parking costs, i felt the room let it down. No water in the fridge either, which was equally disappointing for such a high standard hotel. 200 Euro for a poor bed, no water. Will reconsider not using next time.

No slippers for pool just a small thing that woukd have been good. Breakfast not included at quite a steep room rate not including it. We liked the hotel just disappointed when we tried to extend stay the day before arriving, with rooms available, instead of a reduced rate for 2nd night,the quote was for over €50 more. We had to check out and check on to a competitor similar hotel than provided us with breakfast and lots of little extras for the same price as the original night in thr Hilton. Such a pity as it spoiled our stay having to move

The staff are just lovely. I was travelling with two small children and they accommodated us very well. The cot in the room was wooden with a very comfortable mattress for the baby. The restaurant staff are really helpful at breakfast.

The tiles of the pool could do with an upgrade and the dressing area is a little cool for smaller children although the showers were lovely and warm. The hotel itself is lovely, warm and inviting. Some chairs for the receptionists wouldn't go astray. I pity their poor legs standing all day.
