Location was good , breakfast wasn't great cold wasn't happy with breakfast

Food could be hot not cold

Location and room.

Rug had some dirt. Overall cleanliness. The phone didnt worked. Even if it works what could have costed them to buy a new phone or a new tv. Those looked like 15year old.

The room was big and comfortable, there was a fan in the room to keep us cool as it was very warm, plenty of towels

It was very expensive, pillows weren't comfortable, bath was very small, had to phone down for the cot we requested, carpet was stained so didn't feel like the place was especially clean although it looked neat, extra costs for pool which isn't in the hotel but around the corner and you have to give plenty of notice to use, it sounds like I have more bad than good but I enjoyed my stay, I just expected more

Staff very friendly specially the lady in reception can't think of her name so helpful and a gas character lovely to see with a smile on her face and very professional there taxi service was amazing so reliable called satellite taxi defo recommend them as we got them back from the marquee knew my phone number and rang me back to say they were 2 minutes away which was peace of mind definitely will return to silver springs hopefully for a longer stay next time

Only thing was rooms very warm we did have a fan in room but didn't make much difference whether was warm anyway but air conditioning would help and maybe a fridge to keep water cold

it’s amazing around, very green as I said in a post before, the hotel is quite and nice! but today I’m here to talk about Andrea, She is an amazing as Professional and as Person, Clayton hotel should be proud to have a staff like that! Very patient, understanding and she always gonna try to get your problem sorted without any stress! That’s how I felt! also I would like say thank you for Ladie and the young guy that was working late shift, they are amazing and also the kitchen, Waiters and Waitresses who was giving attention all the time and everything was really fast (very impressive), the food was delicious! (I’ve been here for 3 days), all the housekeeping who maintain the hotel clean and fresh… Great job. They work happy… The problems we leave at home ;) They say! I really enjoyed my stay 100% The last thing, I’m not being paid to do the review btw, those guys put a lot off effort in their service and mostly of the time people will come here just to complain, and mostly of the time about silly things… why not yourself put a effort and do a review when it is good? 🤔

That’s gonna sound a little bit 🤢 for some, but as anyone said it, I will. I’ve been in almost all Clayton, Madron Hotels and etc and I noticed a long time ago they remove the brush to clean the toilet… I Was just wondering why? If a person is complaining about cleaning their own messy that person should learn what empathy means, there are things that money can’t buy! one those things is respect for people! it’s a small thing but make difference… Think about your staff and put back that brush, the clients hands won’t fell out of cleaning their on mess. Thank you 🙏 the rest is amazing

the food was amazing, we had dinner the first night and booked breakfast for the second morning. the self serve buffet was amazing, such a wide variety and catered for everything. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. we stayed during at the hotel when the weather was very hot and the room came equipped with a fan, which we were very thankful for.

the only thing that I could find negative with the hotel was the shower in the room. it was a bit temperamental with the temperature and kept going from hot to cold. other than that, everything was amazing.

The hotel was easy to get to and ample parking. Large open lobby Breakfast room was large and airy. good selection of food. Beds were really comfortable. Bathroom is small but spotless

We booked a family room and there wasn’t one available when we booked in. even though they had charged for it. they gave us a complimentary drink instead. The room we got was next to the lift. so the room was noisy with the grinding and banging and whining of the lift. I complained at 10 that night as I couldn’t sleep. they had no other room so we got ear plugs. which did help but I not what I expect from a night away in a hotel that cost 290 for 1 night B&B. I mentioned it when leaving and the lovely girl on the desk said she was aware but the lift needed some maintenance. No air con in rooms

The staff made this trip. They were excellent with our children even though it was midweek and more of business clientele. Our kids were accommodated and treated with such attention and friendliness. Couldn't recommend this hotel more for value for money.

It was unfortunate that the swimming facilities are off site. However the district gym was a great a facility and the staff there were very friendly and helpful.

Great location for getting around the city without the traffic of the core. Very good restaurant with a variety of dishes.

After a day of sightseeing I found it difficult to get a parking spot. Perhaps by collecting plate numbers and tracking cars parked there would be less spots taken by non residents?
