Loved the location as the bus station was just nearby. We could get buses to the airport and to Kinsale very easily. The city centre was not far as well. The supermarket is close by. The city views from our windows were lovely too. The staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the warm drink provided by the hotel. We did laundry service with the hotel and the service was very affordable and well done. It was a same day service too.

Just a note to have prepared your toothbrushes and bedroom slipper should you require as I don't see them in the hotel.

We absolutely loved our time at Jury Inn! We were welcomed by wonderful and friendly efficient staff. Perfect location - good sized rooms that are very comfortable - and as a bonus we had an amazing view of the river and village. We opted for the breakfast to be included in our daily rate and can highly recommend this option as it is delicious with so many options and the staff are very efficient and helpful. We also thought the pub and little restuarant in the hotel to be charming and the food and wine on offer to be good options to consider, and again friendly and efficient staff.

The only small gripe I had during our stay was that our bed was sometimes made without straightening the bottom sheet and mattress cover, but it was not a serious issue. The beds were very comfortable and clean.

Breakfast was good food was average

The Staff at breakfast were very untidy actually not acceptable. It’s easy for staff to wear a simple uniform. And standard around on phone? Also as we are having our breakfast staff spray tables without clearing everything off. Milk/ cutlery still on the table and sprays need where we were eating Small training- Take everything off the table into a tray Spray the “cloth “ not the table and everything in the vicinity . Bring a tray with all items to set table not one setting at a time bye hand ☹️. Sorry but hygiene should be taken into account

The room was lovely and spacious. The staff were so nice and helpful. The location is near the bus station and is about 8 to 10 min walk to the train station. There was a building near by that we walked past I think was like next to it was rough and had people asking for stuff off ya . A good 5 minute walk there is bowling and mini arcade , there are plenty of buses to get u around also,it's not to far from the club's and city centre pubs But loved it was a great stay and super easy to check in and out . The bar was lovely and the staff serving was lovely and chatty and friendly and funny . I'd recommend people stay here . Worth the price . Provided loads of towels and the room smelt lovely and was very clean .

Just the building apartments near by really would put people off as it looks rough but it was all good

Room was very clean and beds comfortable, though it's a very basic room (there isn't a fridge, safe, etc. despite the good size of the room.) Breakfast has very good variety (from several hot foods to pastries and jams etc. anything you can think of) and good quality. Staff friendly and helpful in any interaction I had. My room was at the back and it was quiet despite the central location.

Quite pricey (but then this is possibly more of a general problem for Cork rather than this specific hotel.) Otherwise, the hotel itself is in good order.

Lovely hotel. A bit dated but in perfect location. We had beautiful view of the Lee River and St Patrick’s Church. Breakfast was delicious. We’ll worth the price. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We travelled by bus from Galway. Very easy walk across the river with our luggage. No need for a taxi. We explored Cobh one day. The train is a five minute walk from the hotel. Perfect for our day at Cobh. We took the train to Dublin so again it was an easy walk with our luggage. The city centre and shops are a few blocks away. Beautiful area. The English Market is a must to see. It’s only a few blocks away. I highly recommend the Jurys Inn for a stay in Cork. There are interesting walking trails from the city centre as well. So much history in Cork. Also there’s a zoo just a 15 min train ride away. We didn’t go but it looked amazing from the train.

We were pleased with our stay in cork.

Fantastic location but made better by having great people working in this rebrand Jury's hotel. Huge props to everyone working in this Hotel from front desk( so so friendly and great personalities) an ease checking in and out, to having also those working a late eve in the Hotel ( they don't get paid enough). The room super super clean, great wifi, great location. Parking is not onsite, not far away, and its a very narrow entrance to the Lapp carpark but is a very safe carpark. Would stay again due to the proximity and staff.

I BOOKED A ROOM WITH BOTH A DOUBLE & SINGLE BED. I WAS ASKED FOR PAYMENT UP FRONT SO ASKED TO SEE THE ROOM FIRST. WAS SHOWN A ROOM WITH A DOUBLE BED & A SOFA BED ( NOT AT ALL SUITABLE & NOT WHAT HAD BEEN BOOKED). VERY DISAPPOINTING, BUT THE STAFF WERE GREAT & ARRANGED THE ROOM I HAD BOOKED. BREAKFAST WAS GREAT & SUITABLE FOR ALL DIET REQUIRMENTS. SLEPT WELL . LOCATION WAS PERFECT FOR US. HOTEL,STAFF,BREAKFAST & LOCATION All GREAT.

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE FIRST ROOM I WAS SHOWN AS IT WAS NOT WHAT I HAD BOOKED. ALSO NOT IMPRESSED WITH BEING ASKED TO PAY UP FRONT FOR A ROOM I HAD NOT YET STAYED IN OR EVEN SEEN. FELT LIKE I WAS BEING DECIEVED BY BOOKING.COM & VERY DISAPOINTED.. THE BAR SADLY WASN'T AS WELCOMING OR INVITING. IT'S VERY OPEN & FEELS LIKE YOUR JUST IN THE LOBBY NOT A COSY BAR/RESTAURANT. STAFF HOWEVER WERE AGAIN REALLY NICE.

The location was brilliant. We arrived early in the hope of putting our bags in the hold until check in time but the lovely lady at reception said our room was ready so this was a great start for us. The staff were always friendly and cheerful. The room was clean. It was tidied, towels etc replenished and bed made on our second day. This hadn’t been done in any hotel we have stayed in since covid with all hotels that we have stayed in using covid as the excuse for not entering the rooms any more to make the bed and leave fresh towels so this was a nice, unexpected treat. The breakfast was beyond what you would expect for the price paid. Hot food, cereals, a great selection of pastries, hams, cheeses, fruit, yougart, breads. Really delicious and plentiful

I can’t think of anything

The staff were attentive and when I spoke to Josh the night manager about the issues we had with the room, he did sort them out quickly and to our satisfaction, because of his excellent customer service, we will stay here again.

When we checked in the room was not clean and the pillows had no protectors and the pillow cases were inside out with long strings of thread hanging out. The duvet cover was scuffed badly, Josh did arrange to reclean our room while I had a cup of complimentary coffee, he also arranged for our next morning breakfasts to be complimentary.
