The breakfast selection is just fantastic. The hotel is lovely and the beds are very comfortable. A very pleasant stay was had by all.

The poor availability of Taxis in the town for travelling back to the hotel. While this may not be the hotels responsibility it did affect our trip to Newbridge.

It was OK plenty to choose from

Person using mobile in swimming pool while children were taking swimming lessons. I am not saying he was doing anything wrong but it just did not look good inmost other swimming pools notices up no mobile phones allowed to protect privacy of children

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the food was excellent, and beyond expectations. The room was better than expected. Will definitely be returning again in the near future. It was only for 1 night but would highly recommend

This is a beautiful hotel. The restaurant delicious and breakfast wonderful. The service and staff top notch! Attentive, considerate, above and beyond. Very quiet, super comfortable. Excellent location. Quiet grounds and near the main part of town. Loved no stairs and easy on-site parking.

Should have asked for a room that had no prior pets. The room was super clean, smelled wonderful, no issue with cleanliness. Just have asthma and had a little sensation similar to when around dogs.

The service level is amazing - the staff is very caring and ensures we are very well installed. I got this positive surprise when I arrived late on a Sunday. Despite the restaurant was closed, in a few minutes I got a nice bowl of hot soup delivered to my room. And when I did my check in and was waiting for the taxi at 5 am, the reception offered me a fresh cup of coffee without me asking for it. They have exceeded all my expectations.

The restaurant was closed on Sunday at 8 pm, which was disappointing after arriving from a long flight. But they managed to deliver me nice food in the room, so no problem at all.
