This was a perfect stay! It was the most comfortable, welcoming place I had ever stayed in! It was spotlessly clean. Tony is warm and friendly, even though we had a late check in. It is in an idyllic country setting with cows grazing right out of the window. We only staying there for one night traveling from Cork to Belfast and I wish we could have stayed longer. You must get the breakfast! It was delicious and beautifully served. If I am ever in Ireland again I will absolutely most definitely be staying there again!!
Nothing...it was absolutely perfect!!

We loved everything about our stay here! Therese and Tony were really lovely and helpful and their home is stunning. It's in a fabulous location; peaceful and fairly isolated whilst being only a short drive to Newbridge etc. The rooms were spacious and had everything you'd need and the Irish breakfast was gorgeous - seriously yummy! And Therese was more than happy to cater to my two fussy boys requests. We'll definitely be back :-)
Nothing other than the fact that we only got to stay for one night!

Setting in beautiful grounds. The house was modern, spacious with lovely views of the countryside. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast delicious. We booked the 2 bedroom suite which was very comfortable. Lovely having our private sitting room and large bathroom as well as en-suite. Bathroom has a lovely shower. The property was close to Martinstown House where we were attending a wedding.
Everything was lovely.

We needed accommodation for one night on our way to the west coast. The house is in a wonderful romantic setting, surrounded by meadows and pastures. The hosts were very kind and welcoming and we really enjoyed the home-made rich breakfast.
Navigating to the accommodation was a bit difficult in the early evening, but we eventually found the building. I think the coordinates given on Booking.com are not quite correct.

This was a wonderful B&B to stay at. The host, Tony, was very friendly and accommodating and came out and met us as soon as we arrived to make sure everything was fine. The accommodations were very comfortable, and the cost is much cheaper than anything you're going to find in Dublin, while being close enough that you can still visit its attractions, etc. Ours was a very short stay (arrived late in the evening and left early the next morning) so that we could catch our flight out of Dublin the next day, but Tony didn't treat us any differently because of this. I highly recommend this B&B!

The owner of Ash House was so welcoming. The room was perfect, exactly what I needed. I was attending a wedding at a nearby Rathsallagh Hotel and they ran a super shuttle service to bring us back to Ash House at the end of the night. Could not have asked for more. I didn't book breakfast as I had an early start for a 'work conference call' but the wifi was excellent and I got my work done with ease.
My room was on the ground floor which I have no problem with BUT there was a heard of small elephants running around the room above mine from 6am in the morning. It woke me up and kept me awake. I knocked on the ceiling a few times in the hope they would keep the noise down. Eventually at around 7.30 they relented and took the small elephants outside, who then ran around the house playing... outside my bedroom window. My room was really comfortable, the host was great. It was just 'one of those things' that did take a little from my experience but little elephants will be little elephants. The house was lovely.

The Ash House B&B is a very cute and relaxing cottage, extremely comfortable for my mam and my daughters, even has a slide and a swing in the beautiful garden. The delicious breakfast was a plus! Highly recommend!! And It is very close to the Irish National Stud & Gardens but far enough to enjoy the surrounding roads with loads of sheep and cows and horses enjoying the freedom in those amazing fields.

In a beautiful location Accommodation was lovely . Plenty of space. Beautiful country views. The owners were friendly. The breakfast choice was fantastic. So freshly cooked. Lovely freshly squeezed orange juice that's something you don't get everywhere. Not just plain sliced bread for toast either beautiful rustic bread. I highly recommend this Accommodation 👌 we would definitely stay here again⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ash House is a beautiful home located 5 minutes from Irish National Stud and Japanese Gardens, a short drive from charming Kildare village, and a little more than an hour west of Dublin. We loved our suite of two bedrooms (queen bed in one spacious room overlooking the front yard, 2 twin beds in another spacious bedroom overlooking the back yard, with a connecting bathroom in between - Jack and Jill style). We also loved the delicious breakfast choices cooked by Tony. The views from each second-story room were serene. Everything was very clean and tastefully decorated. Great for families! Therese runs a Montessori school in the building at the end of the shared driveway. We would happily return to stay here again, and we would order breakfast again! No regrets. Thank you, Tony and Therese!
No bathtub in our suite.

The location was fantastic, just what we needed. Therese and Tony were wonderful hosts, and the breakfast was amazing!
Overall was fantastic, hard to find fault. The floors through the bedrooms and bathroom were quite creaky, so very hard to be quiet once the kids had gone to bed, but didn't really bother us.
