Great stay again Check in is easy The detail in cleaning the room between nights of the stay was great The service at the breakfast is outstanding

The room I was in this time had a single door between the next room where one could easily hear the conversations in the next room. Doesn’t bother me but I could see it annoying someone who wanted good sleep with a noisy neighbour next door Perhaps the doors could be sound deadened

Location perfect .Breakfast was one of the best breakfasts we’ve had anywhere .

There was nothing we disliked at the Horseshoe. When I mentioned to Diarmuid that we struggled with the stairs , we were given the choice of two different rooms .Diarmuid told us to pack up and he’d do the rest .We really appreciated his kindness .

I stayed in a super cute very recently renovated upstairs room in a building across from Behan’s. it was super clean and comfortable, with nice modern touches like light switches and outlets near the bed, a great shower, and a wardrobe to hang clothes and store bags.

The only negative is (like most places it doesn’t have AC) so you have to sleep with the window open, and I woke Thursday morning at like 5am to the sound of the garbage truck picking up the dumpster/bins. Bring some earplugs if you are a light sleeper :)

It was in the centre of town , easy to get to , nice sized room with very comfortable beds ,breakfast was very nice and the staff were lovely

There was no tea making facilities in the room but when we asked about whether we could some it arrived with kettle cups tea and milk we were delighted

Fresh Clean and airy, Fantastic breakfast freshly cooked and lovely evening meal in bar. Proprietor and staff show interest and engage with their guests, excellent communication skills and great team work .

Loved the quirkiness of the bar area with all its nooks and crannies,my room was also ideal and had all i needed ie comfy bed and a really good shower.

I didn’t dislike anything,it was clean and tidy with lovely friendly staff and also a very good choice to choose from for breakfast

From our Arrival to our Departure, the Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Diarmuid was an ideal Host and treated us like Family. Full Irish Breakfast (served fresh from the kitchen), and, the Bar Food were delicious.

Everything was to our satisfaction.

Breakfast was terrific! Cooked to order every morning. Don't miss the warm scones. Behan's is a great location in the center of town. We had dinner their twice and everything was fresh, hot and served well. It was a great location to visit many of the sights in Southern Ireland. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again and certainly recommend them to all.

Can't think of a thing we didn't like.

Love this establishment. Great rooms. Most comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean. The staff are a joy, and the food!!! OMG. Great breakfast, but the bar menu is exceptional. The best Bacon and cabbage ever, and I'm Irish, so I know what I'm talking about

Friendly atmosphere, With the morning Breakfast, they called me by my first name. I was given clean towels. You were able to eat in the street level restaurant. That really helped out with the rainy weather.
