Location is great and very convenient for those who are taking the train or bus coach. The room was very spacious, everything working well. The receptionist was very friendly. We had a very good stay and I would definitely recommend it and come back.
We had some problems with the delivery of the room service. Also, the vending machines available were broken, and the only one working didn't have water available. The staff didn't advise us about that, so we had to pay a lot to get a small bottle of water in the restaurant. The room was apparently clean, but we found hairs in the bed on our first day. The room was very warm, and the ventilation in the bathroom seemed not to be working. Apart from those small inconveniences, our stay was great.

really excellent location just off the main road . easy to get to by road or rail . the room was spacious , lovely bathroom , great shower with dual functions , rainfall shower and also direct shower head . the breakfast was great , self serve , pick what you want , good variety and choice of times for breakfast . the staff are friendly and courteous at all time , very helpful too . would recommend , this is our 2nd time staying I think and will likely be back
the room was excellent but there was some sort of safety feature light that had a green glow over the room door that put out considerable light at night time . very difficult to sleep so we had to go and buy eye masks to dull it out . also for some reason the radiators were turned on , in the room in the middle of summer . didnt reaslise for first two nights and room was like a Sauna as a result

Bed was absolutely amazing the bed was SO big I almost lost my husband haha ! bedding and pillows were perfect. Facilities in the room were OK but for almost âŹ200 we did expect a better complimentary tray offering snacks to the room like biscuits or cookies or chocolates . However there was a snack / drinks vending machine on each floor outside the lifts great idea if rocking in late !! Have to say I checked the drain in the shower it was spotlessly clean it even had cleaning fluid in the reservoir ! Great attention to detail đ that's my first check point !!! I also couldn't find a single speck of dust in the room and trust me I looked and checked everywhere !! I even checked the mattress it was spotlessly clean 100% đ & I'm a fussy cow !!! Not even a single hair to be found anywhere !!! Compliments to the chamber staff !!! Complementary sanitary condiments great but would recommend a disposable razor for the gents and sanitary towels for the ladies! Wouldn't that just be perfect đ
Just thought considering breakfast had to be at a pre-booked time we thought for such a prestigious hotel fully cooked breakfast should have been cooked fresh to order as buffet breakfast is never the best ! All other breakfast stuff was Awesome!

Shower was lovely, having the whole menu to choose from for room service, helpful staff, breakfast was nice and loved the fruit on top of the porridge but not much of a selection if you didnât want a fry, beds and pillows were comfortable, Barryâs tea bags in bedroom not horrible cheap ones! Staff offering to help with bags.
Natural light in bedroom was limited, room was very warm - no a/c, no mirror over dressing table to do makeup or hair, parking was difficult but staff were very good and found us a spot.

Great location if you are doing the greenway cycle. There is parking on first come first serve basis. Clean and comfortable Hotel . If coming from the Motorway its easy access just over the first bridge coming into the city so don't have too much traffic to navigate and can hit the road easily enough in the morning without too much fuss.
Very annoying dog barking right across the street from very early in the morning -not the hotels fault of course, but an unfortunate accessory

Location is great, hotel is bright, modern and colourful. The bar area was very quiet when we arrived and we had a pleasant drink. The lifts are quiet and public toilet facilities were spotless. Our room had a king size bed and a single, with a huge walk-in shower. Beds were comfy but the pillows quite hard. The room was comfortably warm, not too hot. Breakfast was continental and hot buffet style (no fried eggs). Good coffee!
The carpark is TINY and very tight on space but thankfully free for residents. There's no direct access to the hotel from the carpark, so we got soaked walking around the corner and into the hotel. The only disappointment for us was the lack of pool and jacuzzi so we shortened our stay to get one elsewhere.

Location is good. Rooms are clean. Staff are friendly.
We couldn't avail of the breakfast which was very inconvenient and disappointing. My partner was in Waterford to take part in a 100km cycle which started at 8.30am. 8am was the earliest time for breakfast at the hotel which was much to late for anyone who may be there to take part in an event involving exercise, or anyone with an early start in general. There was no complimentary bottles of water in the room which we found odd as it seems to be standard at other hotels. We woke up thirsty during the night with no water to drink. I made my way through the hotel to find a vending machine to get bottles of water but there was no water in the machine either.

The hotel was very clean and the staff extremely friendly. We ate at the hotel on the 2 nights we were there and the bar was comfortable and the food excellent.
The car park was difficult to negotiate around and there were limited spaces. When we arrived back from Cork there was no spaces left and it was pouring of rain. We parked in the main car park on the waterfront and as it was difficult to understand the instructions on the parking meter. The receptionist at the hotel was very helpful in ringing through to the company to help us pay but even this took around 30 mins as they wouldn't accept our payment at first.

The locations great, a 10 in cleaning, bed suuuuper comfortable, shower very nice, staff super friendly and helpful, food really really good fresh and nice. 100% recommended, we hope to come back soon.
The room doesn't have a climate system, only a radiator, and it was very hot, but well, we turned it off and opened the window, I imagine A.C. it's not very necessary in the area, so it's understandable.

Comfortable and clean, the room had lot of space. We enjoyed a complete and delicious breakfast. The staff were all very attentive and they answered all of our questions and queries since the reservation was made. It has a nice restaurant with a good offering, open till late (it saved us on a blank holiday evening!) We will definitely come back!!
Everything was beyond fine!! Nothing to complain about.
