Rooms etc brilliant,food unreal and great location

The kids play area that was strangely located beside the men's toilets was absolutely disgusting stinking of urine etc and very unhygienic and sickening..

It was really good value, breakfast was amazing and bar at night had a lively atmosphere

The dinner wasn't the best however the value was very good, to be fair I always rather a fillet steak to a sirloin and mashed potato rather than chips but there wasn't that option.

Clean room with comfortable beds. Good value for money

Poor service at the bar as it appeared that not enough staff were working there.

I booked into Treacys overnight while travelling for work and had a very pleasant stay. While I did not have breakfast in the hotel there were many options for food in the vicinity as well as in the hotel itself. The weather was dreadful on the evening I arrived and it was a relief to relax in the comfort of a fresh, clean room. The hotel is easily accessed just over the bridge on the way into Waterford entering from the M9 so no need to drive through the city. There is paid parking across the street from the hotel but i understand the hotel has parking nearby too. The staff were very helpful and I will definitely stay in Treacys again.

Great location on waterfront . Entertainment in bar and reasonably priced bar food . Good sized room close to lift. Swimming pool etc very clean

Breakfast ! Very tasty bacon & sausage for breakfast but no bread available other than toast eg no croissants danish pastries etc . Also no cold meats or cheese . Don’t think it’s a good idea for the hot drinks to be self service as people carrying hot cups/ teapots all over place -possibility of accidents .

I didnt mind parking in the multi storey up the road - it was fine and to be expected in a busy city centre. But the parking instructions could be made more explicit on the email confirmation that customers receive. We drove round Waterford several times before we found a way to stop by the hotel to find out where the parking actually was. Also - if someone had to leave early in the morning they'd be dissappointed because the car park is locked till 6am. Otherwise - a nice stay, thank you.

The staff were attentive and professional. I had an issue but they managed to fix it almost immediately.

The staff were excellent and very helpful to our needs when requested. The pool was very good and the play area within the bar area was good for small kids. The kids club was another excellent addition to the hotel but only a small fault- While the play area was an excellent addition to the hotel for kids it definitely could do with a deep clean and some air ventilation as it was extremely warm due to the machines and had bad odour within the play area.. Hotel within 500 meters of the main town. No air con in the room but the fans were left in the rooms for guests. The baby cot was in the room upon arrival and we got an early check in thanks to the front house of staff. Plenty of pubs takeaways and super markets within walking distance. Tramore is only a 15 minute drive from the hotel. Free hotel car park again within walking distance of the hotel. Overall the hotel was very good and would have no issue staying here again in the near future.

Everything within the hotel was great all staff throughout were friendly, clean etc excellent job done by all even with restrictions in place

The allocated car park is a disgrace, used needles etc left on stair well had 2 kids I had to carry due 2 god only knows what else was also on the ground, I know its not fully part of hotel but it needs to be addressed other guests committed on it also, it let's your business down big time.

Well located next to local pubs, the river and downtown. Nice views form the rooms looking over to the river. The pub inside the hotel is really nice and they have live music. The Leisure Center is next to the hotel.

The Leisure Center is a public gym with two diffferenty types of sauna, a 25m pool with 6 lanes and a jacuzzi. The client hotels are mixed with the locals. The spa is not exclusive for the hotel clients.
