Breakfast was cheap and cheerful ..hit the spot .. Staff at the Travelodge were extremely helpful and always made me feel welcome and offered help when they were needed ..very happy

Not a case of not liking something but a case of what I'd have liked if there ..I'd have loved a hotel bar ..somewhere to have a pint at night without having to go into the city ..I had 2 dogs with me and they were made feel so welcome at Travelodge but found things in Waterford city centre very different ..I did not feel welcomed there at all ..it would have been fab to enjoy a nice pint or 2at Travelodge with the dogs beside me feeling welcome unlike in the city

The property was clean and well situated for our needs. We found the hotel excellent value for money and the staff were always pleasant. The room was cleaned during our stay and our stuff was treated with respect.

The only small thing was that the kids beds were a bit uncomfortable. It was my 2 daughters and I staying in the rooms and the oldest is 24 so was uncomfortable in the small fold out bed. The 8 year old was able to sleep in the double bed with me so she we were more comfortable.

Staff is very kind and helpful. The room was spotless and all in all good value for money

Going out for dinner we found a group of refugees outside which were clearly staying at the hotel waiting to load a large van with goods. Nothing against them or those fleeing war zones but I'm not sure how good this is for the image of an hotel. I do get accommodating refugees is a very lucrative business for every part involved, maybe it is not so good for tourism industry and can impact negatively on the overall experience.

This was a 'one night' stay on our way from Rosslare Port to County Cork and as such was ideally placed. Travelodge has the added bonus of allowing our dog to stay in the room. It was also located a short walk from local eateries and the reception staff were very helpful with advice and guidance.

Far from a deal breaker, but this particular Travelodge was looking a little tired in places. A refresh of the decoration wouldn't go amiss...

we don't need housekeeping to clean our room every day and they honoured that request but out of concern, they did check to see if there was anything that we wanted. Always friendly and helpful.

the room was a little tired, with a dodgy toilet flush and the skirting coming away by the door but that didn't interfere with our stay too much, I'm sure it would be a major inconvenience to some so should be looked into

Clean and convenient. Comfortable beds and interesting and good breakfast at American 1950’s diner next door

The sat nav took us to the wrong side of the road . The Travel lodge was behind a high fence and we were in the car park of a fast food outlet. We asked and were told to go back to the roundabout and we would find the hotel next to McDonalds. Receptionist said this often happens

The hotel was close to the city..they have a phome in reception to order a quick cab very handy and little wait. Had water taps on each landing, super comfy bed and pillows. Beside a diner and Mcdnlds.

No bar or brekkie facilites but food is beside and bars a taxi away. Has no lift for people that mite need it. Any one needing floor level def ask on booking.

Meet few staff mainly at reception really was no other reason to meet with as you only check in

The fact it states hotel I've never stayed in a hotel with no bar and restaurant isn't apart of premises kinda was disappointed as you only had room was no where 2 sit and relax with kids and family we travelled with... its more like a large hostel
