The hotel staff is fantastic. The location is perfect for hiking and attending events in the village. Breakfasts are the best we've ever had in hotels in the US. The inside pool area needs a minor renovation. The outside pool area is under renovation, and we hope we will enjoy using outdoor pools the next time we come.

Excellent location (ski in ski out, in the heart of the Tremblant resort). Great amenities (spa, heated indoor and outdoor pool, game room, pool table, great bar and restaurants). Excellent service throughout, from the reception staff and concierge, to the valets, room maintenance, waiters, everybody. Great service!

The price goes with the hotel, the location and the service. Great place to stay and we have no regrets, but that’s because we knew what to expect, wanted to spoil ourselves and were ready for it.

Perfect location in Mont-tremblant. We were on a honeymoon and just had a wedding that was kind of stressful: we had no water and electricity because of the big storm in May. We thought the hotel would be touched too, but it was one of the first hotels in the area to have electricity back quickly. We felt so good and comfortable when we arrived. The staff were all so friendly and nice and took care of us wow! We had a little gift waiting for us in the room for the special occasion of the honeymoon. Thank you for the attention that made it special! Also, the restaurants in the hotel were good and you’re in the heart of Mont-Tremblant to walk and visit. The swimming pool was nice with the sauna and jacuzzi. Thank you for a very nice stay!

Location, the pool area, the staff. The room was ready early for check in and the staff went out of the way to make our stay so special.

The room needed to be cleaned better (dust on shelves) and stocked better (more toilet paper and towels). The pools needed to be maintained better. They need to be cleaned of debris and the lights in the hot pools were not working (a safety hazard). Also, for this price they should offer a free breakfast.

We stayed at the Fairmount Tremblant for my son’s 8th Birthday! The rooms were clean, the valet service made the transition from arrival to departure seamless and easy. They even provided a surprise treat sent to the room for my son when they found out we were celebrating. The hotel was steps away from all the town offered! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! :)

Attentive & helpful staff. Above & beyond customer service. Thoughtfulness with free snacks for movies they screened, no charge arcade games & cold bowls for the ice cream purchased through room service.

Outdoor pool closures. Wasn’t noted on Booking.com reservation but I received an email from the hotel 3 days before check in.

Beautiful and classy place! We loved the indoor swimming pool and sauna! And it’s perfect location was a plus! The staff was amazing!

I didn’t like that the steam room was not working. Also the air conditioning in the room made weird sounds that kept waking us up. The bed was hard. The room service messed up our simple order :(

Great ski-in ski-out location; delicious breakfast; superb dinner at the local restaurant Choux Gras; excellent service - very friendly, pleasant and professional; nice outdoor area with hot tub, heated pool and bonefire - really lovely - Very relaxing during the week (quite busy on the weekend).

Accommodations are a bit expensive

The ski in and ski out access is one of the best features. We were offered and took an upgrade on our room so that our daughters and their husbands could all be together when we wished. The ski valet service is excellent

The main restaurant was open only on certain evenings. It was very good, so I would have enjoyed additional meals there.

Slept like a baby as the mattress was amazingly comfy. Liked the rain showerhead. Location was amazing, as was the ability to ski right up after heading down the south side. The heated pool was fabulous. Very convenient ski valet.

The bathtub should be upgraded. Just a bit quicker service would improve things. I was keen to ski but I had to call down for the porter to bring my bags up as I arrived as I waited in the room unable to go anywhere for 15-20 minutes waiting. I had thought he was right behind me. Also, my skibag was not brought out with my skis from the valet - they should have asked that remain with me as I almost left without. Thankfully I remembered.
