Close to the airport. Can either wait for the shuttle or an Uber costs ~5,000-5,500 won. Easy check in.

Could have been cleaner. There was some dust and hair in the bathroom. Not too bad though. Sheets, pillows, and towels were all clean.

Room and bed size. Location just off airport. If you are at T1 the taxi is about £3.80. Bear in mind that the taxis are segregated by the distance that they are willing to travel, and local taxis are around K5 in the rank location scheme. You can get the hotel shuttle from T1, but the frequency is poor outside morning peak. If to or from T2 the inter-terminal shuttle stops about 60 seconds walk from the hotel and its frequency and punctuality is good There is a 24h local store embedded in the hotel. Hotel seemed good value to me.

Nothing really. Access from T2 may seem challenging.

Very close to the airport and hotel has his own bus, that goes to airport for free every half hour from 6 to 9.30 and hourly from 10 am to 10 pm.

The location to Terminal 1 was great- an easy shuttle ride to and from the airport. It is also across the street from Paradise City, which had some entertainment options.

They only provide a hotel shuttle to/from Terminal 1. You need to either arrange a taxi (which they happily did for us) or take the free airport shuttle to Terminal 2, which is run by Incheon airport (and doesn’t run as often). Despite this, I would stay here again.

The room was spotless and very comfortable. The shower and temperature control were easy to figure out. There is a kettle with tea, but no coffee.

I booked this room because I had an overnight layover at Incheon. I did not know that the airport has a transit hotel. Staying there would have saved me taking taxis. Be aware that the free shuttle only operates to and from Terminal 1 and only between 6 am and 6 pm.

the shuttle was good and by using the free circular shuttle which went from T1 to T2 and the hotel on the way it was easy.The hotel also gave us a small map so that we could walk from the hotel to the shuttle stop. ( 5 minutes ) The room was fine but the bedside lighting complicated !!.

The bathroom although quite adequate could do with a refit ie modern taps.

Convenient for overnight stay. Bed was comfortable. There is a convenience store in the lobby.

The hotel shuttle bus only operate 06:00 - 22:00. They didn’t tell us there is an Incheon Airport Free Circular Bus available past this hours. We took a taxi, cost us 25,000won and found out afterwards about the bus.

The Best Western is located near but not exactly on the airport. Don't try and walk it - I did, and it took ages. The shuttle bus only goes every half an hour at best - hourly at less busy times. The room was quiet and comfortable. It's a reasonable place to stay overnight if you are leaving Seoul early in the morning.

The neighbourhood is boring - the usual airport characterless zone. The food at the restaurant was OK but not exciting. The shuttle bus goes half hourly to the airport early in the morning then reduces to hourly from mid-morning. I came to the airport from downtown Seoul at a time when the shuttle was only hourly, which was why I decided to walk, but there is no direct path and it's a bit of a wasteland of car parks and roads. The hotel sends you an email telling you how to get the shuttle

This is a comfortable, convenient place to stay if you have a one night layover at Incheon. My daughter loved the big room, and the bathroom. Very cozy and warm, and really nice after our long flight - especially since it was freezing outside!

I think the only thing to be mindful is that the shuttle from the airport to the hotel is only once an hour after 9am, and the last one is at 10.10pm, and the taxis don't want to go there because it's too close to the airport. We just missed the 9.10pm shuttle and had to wait an hour at the airport (which was fine) til the next one. Apparently there is another bus that is more frequent that stops nearby the hotel, but I only found that out afterwards and don't know the exact details.

Stayed here for an early check in to airport. From airport, you can take a free bus shuttle at exit Gate 13. Once board the bus, go down at International Business Centre. Walk 3-5mins from the bus stop (walk against the traffic flow to see the hotel) Check in process was smooth. Since the first bus to airport starts at 6am, you can request assistance from reception to book taxi if you need to go airport before 6am. Will cost around 6000++KRW. Normal hours the bus is free. There is CU convenient store at lobby. Can get most stuff there. I think you can find eateries outside the hotel if you’re willing to explore. Other convenient stores are available too outside. For the room, space is what we felt impressed. Also cleanliness top notch. As for the beds, they are really comfy. Bathroom is good too with bath tub & shower connected. Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower bath, tooth brush, paste) is available for use. Highly recommend esp if you need a place to stay closer to airport.

Lighting control is old designed. Also couldn’t adjust the heat pump/ AC as remote in Korean language.
